The year on the video is 1900 in Germany, Adolf Hitler was born in 1889 but this looks just like Adolf Hitler in a blue uniform at 0:56 Seconds.
Either it's not Hitler but it looks just like him...the video date is wrong or Hitler's age is a fabrication.
