I heard talk downtown between all the scams and people assaulting you for money that the HRM which also just expanded into new counties may be getting a new Future Income Credit for working in the local area.
Later, the money will be paid back by a new income tax down the road.
So..
Today, they mean HRM will loan you money for new monthly rebates say $1200 a month that will be deducted starting in ten years for example to see how much future tax you have to pay to back the new credit like with higher road tax or gst.
Then remember if Hospital Tax and Road Tax go up on the PST / HST combination called "GST" or whatever they mean....
Later GST Rebate cheques will also be higher, could be a bull shit story downtown.
