Ex-Metallica bassist Jason Newsted say's he can't play Metallica anymore, in the past has quoted neck pain.
The bass replacement after the crash of the unsafe Metallica rig, Trauma (Cliff Burton) touring act continued to tour with Metallica on the same stage after bus crash and death of bassist.
Newsted, stepping into the role in a unsafe touring rig in after the crash on the same stage and spot as Burton fell on stage in the Burtons old spot on unsafe equipment used after bus crash and can no longer play Metallica.

I'm starting to think that maybe I had to many relationships is the issue and need some time to myself, just remember when the old groups meet the new ones when I get rich that try to not trash everyone's yards because I got enough money bags for everyone.
Maybe I need some time to myself then to resolve my finances, I've been getting the hint that I have some older long term issues to deal with.

UPDATE: I Switched Formats To Full Digital
Here is an update on what I have been doing, I have decided that I have dropped all printed discs, lp's and cassette tape formats for my label.
So I used my SAP Software Server stuff I own and switched it to full Digital:
That's the logo I made....that means my Digital Distribution Service right now just in Heavy Metal.
If you send me a demo it's for full digital release if I sign it, so Digital is not out in this format...like Beta Tapes, or Laser Disk.
So my money was SAP Software and I have all these settlements, so when I switched it that bought Digital.
So what is Digital?
Digital mean ALL SONGS COME ON THE PLAYER.
So Digital is the equivalent to Compact Disc or VCR.
Basically I traded my SAP "business" where I got assaulted to launch Digital on Heavy Metal.
So I didn't get the money, then I got this supposed market value $150 Million Dollar SAP Server thing I made from ST.FX that no one can afford to buy in business, so that launched my Heavy Metal promotion on Digital.
Digital is like a VCR that has all the VCR tapes in the player.
So when you see the "digital" logo on my supported webpages like www.thrashmetal.net it means they are supporting my Digital launch.
Pages like that and www.grindcore.net which are pretty big pages, that's on my "digital" distribution network.
Here are the rules to Digital:
-All songs are on the player...Computer or Smartphone
-Then when you see the Digital logo on my metal network it means it means you can listen to it on the "digital service" that the band has chosen like iTunes or Spotify.
Other businesses can't switch like that because they are on Spotify etc. all in a large group.
Adding the "Digital" logo makes it the equivalent as a Compact Disc release....you say Digital like Compact Disc, but it means on the player instead of the CD.
Then the artist points the listener from the "Digital" logo to the streaming service they want to listener to hear the album on.
Then the Digital release list is ON THE URL.
When you go to www.aandarecords.com or www.bleeckerbobsrecords.com and all the other supported pages you will see a list of albums that are carried by my pages on Digital.
Those are the albums that I am promoting at my record store pages like above.
My Digital Distribution...the list is on the url of the album, then the listening station for record label press is on the blog with videos etc. from bigger labels.
Then I am selling stuff in my store on the pages like t-shirts and stickers, which ship from a third party warehouse in the United States, I got some stickers and they look great.
Now I have to take a break and build up some of the stuff I am doing for Digital Distribution release.

So this was a great year for Death Metal and Slam etc. and tons of records came out and then I got Digital launched out of my pocket and that is what I am promoting on the pages.
It's pretty much too late in the year for your album to get out on my list past this point but there will be some updates, I'm not saying I missed your album it will just be further down the list so prepare for 2022 for your next releases because we're past the cut off if you're looking for your albums on my pages right now, late in the year releases I mean.
So my Digital that I made is the ISO Digital Format, just by default.
That is the same as a Compact Disc, you have to go to the third party - the same as all labels using the same format like Compact Disc.
Then I am running Record Store Blogs to replace the Mall record store where the old third party release list was at, now it's a Record Store Blog with my catalog of supported bands on my Digital Service.

So instead of the business like RED or Caroline carrying Heavy Metal on CD or LP, I carry them third party on just Digital.
My business Forward Regression Records, that is a third party record store page and label...so that is my Digital Record Store list.
So that's pretty awesome, so from the big year we just had in metal I got about five bigger bands out of the list in each category I do to promote up to Digital...maybe 25 bands plus I cover all the bigger old ones like Judas Priest which I am carrying all for FREE out of my pocket to launch my business on Digital.
That's for record store sales, third party from labels where I just distribute all their free press and video releases, links etc.
That is like the blog listening station and then those are the bands I cover on Digital.
Here is what I mean.
Where the Digital Record Store comes in is I am going to be carrying Digital Albums on my Shopping Carts in the pages.
For example pretty soon you can buy Collapse downloads on my shopping carts as Digital Release albums for direct download from www.aandarecords.com and www.bleeckerbobsrecords.com as well as current full global distribution on iTunes and Spotify.
Then as an additional service I will I will also be selling official digital downloads on the record store pages.
I am also selling Dragon Adventures and Space Command books on my Digital Distribution when I am finished, you will be able to download them on the Record Store shopping cart and I am also making printed versions that you can order in regular book format.
So...I am on just Digital, right now it's just Heavy Metal and eBooks soon but I am expanding right now into pop music and rock for third party Digital on my pages so I am working on that.
Right now it's just Heavy Metal and Death Metal mostly but I expanding right into pop music but that will take a while, maybe two years to get going.

HALIFAX: Lawyer Needed To Get Covid Vaccination
Yeah like I said below in my case, they are saying on the news that they are talking about making covid vaccinations mandatory for travel inside Canada, so I went to get my needle.
They said on the news and the internet that there is a walk in vaccination clinic at the Dartmouth General Hospital and when I went there I was told I couldn't get vaccinated because I didn't have a car...yeah I can just fucking imagine.
Then they owe me back money and refuse to fix my medical files.
So that's pretty bad, now because of that I can't get vaccinated.
They are talking about making it mandatory, then they wouldn't give me one.
So what's with this fucking needle anyway?
Now they mean they won't fix my files for my regular medical benefits because I don't work, then they refused to vaccinate me saying I didn't have a car.
Now they mean I have to get a paid lawyer to fix the files so that they can tell me which needle I need for my vaccination for my medical condition.
What?
I mean that's some pretty serious back peddling from the Nova Scotia Government in Court this week to me.
I mean...they told me if you don't check first before you get vaccinated then you need a paid lawyer to process you medical files if you want to have a medical screening for your illness before you take the covid vaccination.
So what are they saying?
That they just made this needle that they just want you to take it with no personal checks on your medical records?
Then they meant that if I want my vaccination done according to my medical illness, don't worry I'm fine it's not an issue I just don't have to work...I can still go ski jumping and all that...sometimes anyway, then I need a paid lawyer to fix my medical files for my benefits so that they can tell me what needle I need?
Uh yeah right, so that's court and we're there next week.
My advice is to get the doctor, private specialist would be best, to review your health and write you a note...THEN find out which vaccination is for your specific health conditions so you are not taking any risks with the vaccination.
I dunno, that seems to be a little defensive from the Nova Scotia Government on this issue..that there is no personal medical screening for the covid vaccination and they want you to take it blind with no doctor checks, plus paid lawyers to file it...this is getting bad man about that here.
Now I'm not getting the needle at all until all this is corrected and I'm having an "emergency" with it and they keep telling me to "go fuck myself" every time I go down there, to get all this resolved with my medical benefits and to find out what the vaccination means about my medical condition.
Like because, when I went to that walk in clinic from the news on the internet it wasn't one, then they said you needed car to get one.
Yeah well it's like this Halifax....
Having a car has nothing to do with a vaccination so I guess we'll wrap this case up next week when I get down there with my lawyer and get this fixed because now it's an emergency and they refuse to fix my file without paid lawyers.

HALIFAX: No Car, No Covid-19 Vaccination
Court case update....
Same week three summers in a row....and it all happened again.
Go down to the Dartmouth General Hospital to get my covid vaccination at the walk in clinic and they refused to give me a covid vaccinatin needle because I "didn't have a car" then I "have to get it outside" then they refused to vaccinate me.
Saying vaccinations are "drive through and outside only" and you have to have a car to get one at the walk in clinic.
Fuck you.
Went to complain, they told me...it's not thier job to tell me where to get my needle, then they refused AGAIN to correct my medical files which I needed to find out which vaccination I should get for my medical issues.
Then they tried to talk to me on the phone about my court complaint this past December where they refused to fix my files three times with a lawyer that today "I was already getting my money"...telling me to drop my claims.
Then, they told me if I want my files fixed to get my medical corrected for my covid vaccination then I have to "get a paid lawyer" so I said ok then and went down and got one now I have them in court next week.
That's to get my files fixed, my back money and settlements.
Then I had to write the news and the senator etc again with another complaint today.
Yeah good luck with your cartoon show down there to me Halifax at your offices when I have you in court next week.

People Got Hurt At That Carnival They Had Here
You see what's happening in this city with these scams and no government here....that fair that was just by my house people got hurt there a few days later.
You know what they mean in the article, the fair ride operator ran the "scrambler" on the patron right into the trees.
Guess what you know right away that they didn't test the ride first before they let people on it because if they had of it wouldn't have crashed into the tree line.
Proof that it was untested before the accident.
What are they going to charged with the Carnival that did that?
