Local rumor in Halifax says, after Nova Scotia Parliament announced they did not pay government out of tax money, that a group of people put their money into a housing project with their government / military pay.
Then they took the contract like working on SAP, then they put their mortgages against their future wages and then the housing contract wasn't paid.
Like they didn't pay the bank for the land they were on.
Now the bank evicted them and seized their assets, while their were on duty working for the government and living on their own housing deal with their pay.
