Use photoshop to change picture on QR code with the paintbrush or airbrush tool while you scan with phone camera to activate and create your own hidden QR code pictures by using the bar code scanner and paint to change QR codes to see if they activate on phone OR create your own blank QR code pictures with black square boxes in photoshop then scan and activate them on you bar code scanner on iPhone or Galaxy Phone.
I have no idea if activating QR codes using photoshop with the phone bar code scanner reveals prizes.
