I never saw this anywhere....2023 had a strange calendar alignment this year in 2023.
When the year ended in "3" in 2023 October had Friday The 13th AND October 31 Halloween.
How I should say that is Halloween 2023 on October 31...the date BOTH had "3" in it for October 31 and 2023 PLUS we also had Friday The 13th.
