Slam Metal / Cout Case Update

It's just getting easier and easier like I knew it would...

Slam Metal update: There is no official source for Slam Metal updates, I'm just one of the people on the list with a page - everyone just makes their own for their label people etc.

I'm just saying because it's new out in stores and people don't know, "Slam Metal" is done all over the place so their's no one source...I just post what I see that I know is Slam Metal updates that are on official Slam Metal pages.

Court Case Update...ouch...

This is just a part of my update about my court issues, one is the Great White North Records catalog etc...

This is just rumor / hersay etc.,..

People are saying now that if the original Great White North Records was created to release Slam Metal in stores as part of it's point in the larger group of people then this...

Later when it was PRC Music which is closed, they put out like 150 CD's after BMG Rights Management bought THE END RECORDS catalog.

That means on the official promotion BMG today, they will see then next two labels Profusion and PRC Music as signing bands to the "closed section" of the original Great White North Catalog.

So when you look at the closed Great White North Catalog this was extended into Profusion...that's run off from my court case. 

The ones on Profusion were released as "closed GWN Records unreleased albums list" ...I'm saying those are mine.

Then they did another 150 I think CD's that they added to the closed section of Great White North Records after BMG Rights Management bought The End Records.

Now people say BMG Rights Management own those 150 albums which were signed to Great White North Records "unreleased section" as a local promotion in Montreal OFF the contract.

Ouch, to those guilty parties.

Now people say BMG Rights Management is suing those people for releasing 150 albums to it's closed section from THE END RECORDS that it owns on Official Promotions over albums like Glen Danzig - Ded Red Saboth, that people copied to make a new label, PRC Music apparently I don't know anyway it's just rumor, out of the closed The End Records section from Great White North Records the first label to to sign acts promoting off Glenn Danzig's name using the closed section release list owned by BMG Rights Managment.

Their part of the Official Great White Records Promotion at the distributor level for The End Records, which is owned during the PRC label operation...apparently still signing bands to BMG cancelled release list section is how lawyers are saying it.

Then Glenn Danzig got beat up at the same time PLUS lawyers are saying that this model they are presenting is some kind of "stair" in a larger network for "illegally boosting bands on to labels fake" so it sounds like they got cough trying to boost on to labels with a fake contract from the "cancelled album section on BMG that they started before they quit" to sneak unsigned bands onto big labels.
