Yes everyone The Halman has arrived...in Dartmouth East for District 6 where my neighborhood is.

Yeah, I get it TIM HORTONS + HALIFAX MAN = TIM HALMAN

I know Canadian Politics are at an all time low but do we really need these fake candidates running as a joke. 

Speaking of that, why is there an election in District 6 every two minutes anyway? Every time you go out there is an election in Dartmouth.

Anyway, Local District Councillors are like High School Guidance Councillors....NO ONE NEEDS THEM.
