Yeah they're free...when you buy a combo, you get a free small frosty for a year with any combo purchase..this ends today? I don't know, I got mine this week with my Dave Single Combo Coupon, the coupon + frosty keychain purchase was the same as a combo with no coupon, then all your next paying visits for 2023 you get a free small frosty ice cream thing.
