Look it up in the news, Halifax has a new black doctor to meet the needs of the local black community.
The diagnosis was hearing loss, many black people in our area suffer from hearing loss...I mean they can't hear what your saying, this also brings up the beats headphones and listening to the bass in the car too loud that can cause hearing loss.
