RE: Store Price Mistakes / Scams On Internet & Social Media Pages
Well it's all over people...
The Sunday Shopping Referendum and all events including my lawsuit, which has now ended up at the bottom of other investments where I live..I mean the SAP / Computer Server stuff is a larger build and the lawsuit settlement will be absorbed into that later.
All the people came out flaming the public I saw from some scam years ago, they were just pretending all that and getting people to go along with opening stores on Sunday in Nova Scotia which is still illegal.
Except for Marshall Law Declarations from Ottawa no real law changes have been implemented in Canada since they removed the death penalty.
Now since then Canada has been flooded with scams because there is no death penalty, however these scams came cross border from the United States and it in fact is the death penalty in Halifax from the United States.
Things like Children's Christmas concerts cancelled and stuff were all fake, all people that supported that are going to be fired.
On the internet now it's full of fake stories...
Like some school is forcing Native American Boys to cut their hair for school and Uganda Anti Gay Laws are all pretend.
Like pretend on the internet and then scams were harassing people trying to get them to believe them.
Every time, the scam on the news came from the guy cutting the kids hair for example and trying to trick people to join in their cause in a scam.
Now the stores are all full of fake prices, children's medicine like lactose pills for eating dairy have DOUBLED for $40 Canadian.
Those are PRICE MISTAKES.
Now the companies will have to refund the money to the government for the stores charging too much over cost and now the citizens are owed the money back in new rebates and the case is closed.
Now we have to wait for the cleanup, all that just happened...plus the Cyclone destroyed Atlantic Canada, Florida and the Caribbean and now the cleanup is starting this Spring for Summer.
I expect tourism to be big in Nova Scotia this year, but the place is still going through this massive outage because of the Cyclone and store retail price mistakes.

Twitter Hacked Closed Or What? - Updated
Yeah now my Twitter pages came back up, on the login it switched my Twitter / Hotmail email login etc. to google login and then made a new account and said the account was permanently suspended, with nothing ever written on it.
Then I had to log out go to my email and then re log in with regular email.
Oddly enough, when I tried to snapshot the "account suspended screen" the page closed and displayed something different.
Now the regular page is back up and connected normal to Youtube, the same on pinterest....maybe it will be up later, either way this shows hacked dead pages.
Update: Both pages back up on mine, someone said that it might have displayed a fake login screen off the Google / Facebook account access and that switched from my email logins and displayed fake pages maybe.

Ok, let's jump in here from our job today to where we left years ago and then I'm blogging about where I used to work at today at my new job, making a server for an online store running ads like SAP Online...if they didn't fail....in the workplace with staff issues I really mean was the main thing, now it's obsolete to super hi tech.
Like a class...so I'm to pick up some clients for web ads or something.
I'm Caribbean / Halifax Casino region...I made the "instant win" card for the 52 card deck, as card 53 -"Instant Win - Royal Flush Card".
This is based on the Hasbro D20 System "Instant Win" Dice Roll rules, and I released it as a free game...now people can say it's from Casino Nova Scotia crowd people made it for making thier own betting games.
Now, I didn't make any games with the card yet...so the card is a new concept.
So let's say their all watching MLB Spring Training and betting down at Casino Nova Scotia and in the Caribbean.
Here are the results to the bet, not sure if this was a real gamble...I'm just saying people bet on this and this was the result yesterday, like I didn't wager on this:
Detroit hitting for 2023 Spring Training was to dominate the Home Run Zone, and beat the Yankees big run last year at the opening for the 2023 Spring Training Seaso.
So they come it, Detroit Tigers, and got this huge hitting team.
Now Spring Training is winding down and it'a New York Yankees new player camp for pitching and hitting for the THIRD PLACE team New York Yankees.
Against Detroits huge new superstar hitting team camp.
Datroit wins 8 - 7 against Yankees new players hitting camp for the third place overall team.
Who won the bet?
I say people will say the Detroit lost because the rookie pitching team for third place only lost by one run against the huge hitting team.

RE: "Wikipedia" Name Too Long Now
Yeah I can see the end of this "user content" submitted coming to an end now...
As you know, some of us in my "age group", 47 it says on mine...did actually go on to bigger University skills jobs.
When I'm working on my server for my store etc., like building it and all that I'm working on many pages at once on my backlog, now I'm cutting up old free pages for old articles on sites for music ads on web pages....to sell regular store products on.
My interruption point...
It don't matter if that's successful or not, like from a school or work product, it's just an example of a functional ad server, like an SAP Model, that runs on the internet instead.
Then on my back pages it runs ads for web traffic with music on them, blogs and stuff.
My point is I'm cutting up all this old material like free wikipedia pages that you can use on any site, then I'm using that on my music promotion, that's a functional ad server model even if it sucks..so I'm just running Death Metal bands on it and stuff, then it's a real store later.
That's where I work at for my job if I'm at work.
Please change "wikipedia" to "wikped" or something...
I mean when I'm copying all that content for ads on my pages for my ad server an updated page and shorter name would really help since I'm cutting up the old articles for my site from your old pages free content on some of my pages.

RE: Old Record Store Clearance / Discount Bins Etc. At Wal-Mart
Here is a big record store update...
I'm super busy right now going through catalogs and working on RPG stuff, I mentioned before on this blog about how I was trying to get heavy metal cds listed in the Wal-Mart discount bin.
Like as a part of making my own store, because internet shopping carts are on Wal-Mart department store networks.
Well that didn't happen yet.
Anyway, I'm posting songs and video clips from a bunch of the albums showing up from when my albums came out back in 2006 - 2012, in this batch.
Now all these albums came out but were dead record store promotions and the "cds" look like their on the way to the discount bin, like on these releases all the magazines closed etc. and merch people left it looks like.
So the records and stuff never did anything in the store so tons of albums are getting discounted from these failed music promotions.
When all the record stores closed, these albums weren't promoted (like when CD Plus ended it's metal section promotion).
So some of the clips I'm posting are from albums that never made it in record stores, now they're on their way to discount bins etc.

RE: Top News Stories - Nova Scotia Police Officer Killed
It's just sad, one of the police officers killed in this news story grew up here in Nova Scotia, it's just upsetting after that mass shooting and all that to hear stories like this.
I mean you get this mass outage we're going through of some kind and then now the weather's getting bad...here we're getting these winter storms mixed with mud and dirt from the cyclone, then it's creating this think dry mud and bad frost, then it's blizzards between rainstorms.
Now they mean during this outage there's all these scams going on and people fighting, then you get these other people who sit around watching other people...like stalking the public during the outage, then randomly they see a victim, from watching the people around them.
Then when they get the chance they strike, then you get scenarios like this when people get shot...like form the random events during the crime etc. and someone called the police.
In the house they said there was a huge crime happening and the police got shot, in other stories including music and heavy metal there was just a shooting this month and bands from major labels have appeared in stories like this dead in the news while playing in bands on the record labels.

RE: MLB Spring Training / World Baseball Classic 2023
At the World Baseball Classic, its Mexico vs. USA in our local pool, do the players really need to be riding around the field on wagons and doing mariachi dances and poses after every hit....I mean, I thought that was supposed to be a baseball league...most of those players got fired from the MLB right on the field.
Then over to MLB Spring Training 2023...
You get sick of this right away, you get these broadcasters coming into Spring Training reading from the stats sheet saying what the top players are...talking about New York's top draft picks or something.
Then two weeks into Spring Training about the New York Yankees top prospects and now they all suck and are going to be trading, I'm not seeing any immediate new long term players.
I mean you can tell the networks are all changing because the players aren't even playing the game and the announcers don't know what they're calling, then they start calling stuff from games from years ago and won't stop talking about these "prospects" but none of them are standing out.
Like they just get on some players name and won't stop saying it for no reason, you're fired.

RE: Current "Political" Conditions
I mean not that we have much since the covid pandemic and the Cyclone and mass winter storms etc., now in Nova Scotia it's all dry mud and mulch blowing around with covid so thick you can see the haze in the air.
Everything is covered in a "dry dirt haze" that's blowing around now in Halifax.
Plus the place is ruined from the cyclone, I mean large department store's were documented as being abandoned in places....maybe that local area went down and is not reporting?
Later the bigger company will come in and have to find out why the place was abandoned, now stores like Zellers are coming back...
I mean large shopping centers are still open but there's a lot less "expensive brand name" everywhere and the food prices etc. and ruined with way overpriced items...they are saying $1.7 Million to retire in Canada now for your savings package.
Massive price hikes, I know people moved away because it's easier in land but moving around right now's not a good idea in Nova Scotia..I mean if your safe stay there.
Now you get these pricks coming out in scams during all this and now they are saying the Sunday Shopping Law and The Halifax Smoking ban were fake, then they tricked everyone to going along....so officially there is still no legal Sunday Shopping in Nova Scotia for larger stores.
Then you get these failed political platforms on the television saying now that they are passing new laws to cover the topics in fake stores on the news.
Like to tell people everything is still the same, because they are talking about the hoaxes in politics and instead of getting rid of them they are trying to regulate by passing laws against liars on the news.
Like to tell people everything is still the same.
I mean, you don't need to pass a law to tell everyone that nothing changed...I mean all these old laws came off the books in the late 1990's, now these hoaxes are saying their not true.
Then they come out and waste all our time and money by passing laws to say things are the same.
Now the courts are closed and they have 800,000,000 cases coming in to correct the fake changes.
Now everyone thinks things are illegal in Canada but no new laws have been passed really that affect anyone forever, aside from temporary laws for one time events...plus this is still during the Marshall Law act in Ottawa, so I mean everything is still the same in Canada as it always has been and in fact laws like prostitution came off the books twenty years ago, after that it's up to the people to put that service out.
No one did and some same scam is trying to make us pass a law a SECOND time by printing fake news and saying it's not true and then trying to ruin your business by fighting a scam court case against you like in my case, which has been backlogged.
Canada is like Amsterdam now, then the United States has the border illegally closed, after that it's up to the people to put those services out using the courts and their own lawyers in private, but in the meantime it's all scams on television printing fake stories and trying to make the citizens defend them in real court cases.
Next is the Daylight Saving Time issue, soon they probably won't even use that because of Computer Time Clocks and will just set the local time to "current daylight hours" - local zone only.
That's because farming and stuff is technology based now so they don't need the time change, so the time will just be whatever it looks like outside soon based on your local area like Halifax which is ATLANTIC / CARIBBEAN time on The UK's "main time meridian".

Go get Big Crunch Sandwich at KFC, they don't put meat in it...maybe try learning to use the kieosk for a minute.

I think that the rule is all music / movies from before 1927 are public domain meaning "original sources" - not remakes.

If a movie or album is released in the Public Domain on the Copyright Expiration in USA it's automatic Public Domain in CANADA / UK COUNTRIES.

Current material is Star Trek (soon) , The Lord Of The Rings etc., Mickey Mouse and James Bond.

You get these people coming on on Fake News in Canada on the CBC trying to claim that Canada has made all these rulings and then you go down to the court and they never heard of anything.
What I mean books like James Bond etc., Star Trek, Mickey Mouse, Lord Of The Rings etc., now Public Domain in CANADA / UK Countries etc.,...or just entering soon.
I mean during a court outage and all this since the past 20 years.
They can't change anything during all that, someone just wrote over top of the law on the news releases and nothing ever held up in court.

Just continue as normal I recommend and then just remember they can't change any of that, so just release you material local where you know the law is still always the same.
The local court knows that these scams don't hold up in court, plus many businesses release their own public domain material for the public and themselves to use for things like ad campaigns etc.
I'm also saying the first days of movies, music and television are now Public Domain from before 1927, that is a larger deal so these fake news stories aren't anything at all.
Don't worry...the 800,000 hours you spent preparing your release version of Lord Of The Rings for January 2024 will defeat any local CBC lawyer and the corrupt Canada Parliament in law suits to their own houses for trying to ruin your material last minute with a fake law passage like Sunday Shopping.

RE: Yankees / Tigers Spring Training Game Today
I mean, to me a lifelong baseball fan etc.,...the 2023 New York Yankees look like a great overall 3rd Place team.
I'm putting my money on it, with re-signed Aaron Judge for seven years and now he's new Team Captain.
Now the pressure's on Judge to teach hitting and show new players coming in to teach all the new players coming in to hit in spots they are missing on their roster
Not only that New York Yankee Pitching is number one in baseball...I'd say a top team ever.
With New York coming in to Florida for the Spring Training League 2023 they look great to compete with Tampa Bay and "Derek Jeter's" Florida Marlins.
Heading into the regular season 2023 New York needs to make up for the bad calls and unofficial losses of the past when the league was full of scams is what it looked like, then since 2000 we have events like covid, 9/11/2001 Attacks and bad weather which took wins from New York in the past twenty years.
I would say under different conditions New York Yankees would have won 7 more championships under close calls and un reviewed rulings.
We'll let the Smithsonian decide later.
In the meantime, New York has just beat the AL Home Run Record in 2022 with Aaron Judge new Team Captain and had the fastest win total to not win a World Series maybe second.
However, New York has dominated the AL East.
Teams like Detroit Tigers, coming in to Spring Training with 4 Home Runs over New York says they need to dominate the strike zone in pitching and hitting.
Yankees win by 1 run in today's game.
Well how can Detroit win and dominate the strike zone when they don't stay onside under the new rules and then lose by 1 run.
This year...now they said the rules change to current baseball / sports conditions, then it's up to the players and media to figure it out themselves.
The guy don't know the new rules, he heads out on to the field, just ask the umpire and he's set you to the new location.
Don't be running out on him!
They're not calling that yet but it's offside.
Now FINALLY, after a few years of complaining we have the new MLB pitch clock and no shift, that looks great on new graphics and is giving the game a better flow.
New York needs to stick to their current team and build a sold third place team with a good pitching and hitting camp to keep that strike zone dominated on both sides!
This team during the rules expansion will set the pace for future New York teams as they develop new playbooks for future seasons.
Don't get caught up in all the other stuff going on!
Just stick to the legal camps and running the standard plays and listen to the umpire, then as the new rules come in New York will be way ahead with an established third place team in the new MLB Future Leagues.
Then if I'm paying for the team, just let all the kids in to throw some balls in Spring Training for New York to see if anyone makes the team to help us pad our stats book!

RE: Diary Update
This is what I have been blogging about, where I used to live and work at...it's from K-Tel in Halifax back in '78, when Starflight Compilation came out with Halifax artist April Wine and Michael Jackson, then "Lori Singer" performed that same song FAME Laserdisc.
People know me from that at the record store stuff, now the new music is coming out on bigger labels like Sony...Slam Metal, only two "CD's" out so far, but we're from the "Slam Metal Inception" and now Sony puts it out
Note, I wouldn't be surprised now if some "Death Metal" artists will get transferred over to the new "slam eq's" to update their record sound, I mean for the future remasters of albums like Suffocation and Napalm Death who started slam, they will probably get updated studio versions on the new Sony slam sound they just picked up from Diatant and Mental Cruelty.
Now we're from Slam Metal.

Obviously, it's Kirk Hammet doing all that...
Anyway, but I mean let's just take my resume and school program and just cut in and start working there today...I mean, from building SAP Servers in a failed industry.
So you get these guys come down and get these songs and all the gear from this big company, they don't own all that.
Now I mean, yeah you never see them ever again...they're gone with it on the road, I can't hang out there everyone is on the road.
So I have a regular life and work back at the server, they're not coming back.
Look, whatever they did is their issue...I mean they're holding this expensive stuff from Gibson and Marshall, they record company made the actual record...they're not even in the band when that's made.
Now they only get like 0.00000000000000000001 royalty payment. the rest pays the big company like SAP and that, they get the money.
So that's a lot of gear they got out on the road from that, I mean their the guys doing the stuff to keep that spot from a big company.
Fight about whatever you want on the tape for the home video, what I mean it's not what's even going on at a big company at all.
They cut in on the tape bio with this new category "Thrash Metal", you check the clips and it's all Kirk Hammet making all that for his new fans back in New York when he joins Metallica.
I said it was PUNK METAL.
When Iron Maiden, I don't care where they get their albums from for the big company just keep them coming for when I'm a billionaire and own the head office, crossed over with Punk
Bands like the PLASMATICS, Sex Pistols etc, DEAD KENNEDYS (I'll say it once) mixed with Iron Maiden bands.
That's PUNK METAL.
Now Kirk Hammmet has it all branded Thrash Metal back in New York City from "The Bay Area", a big company don't care what he's calling it...they can release PUNK METAL whenever they want with the 1981 - 1983 corporate music print requirement documents from their head office.

Slam Metal / Cout Case Update
It's just getting easier and easier like I knew it would...
Slam Metal update: There is no official source for Slam Metal updates, I'm just one of the people on the list with a page - everyone just makes their own for their label people etc.
I'm just saying because it's new out in stores and people don't know, "Slam Metal" is done all over the place so their's no one source...I just post what I see that I know is Slam Metal updates that are on official Slam Metal pages.
Court Case Update...ouch...
This is just a part of my update about my court issues, one is the Great White North Records catalog etc...
This is just rumor / hersay etc.,..
People are saying now that if the original Great White North Records was created to release Slam Metal in stores as part of it's point in the larger group of people then this...
Later when it was PRC Music which is closed, they put out like 150 CD's after BMG Rights Management bought THE END RECORDS catalog.
That means on the official promotion BMG today, they will see then next two labels Profusion and PRC Music as signing bands to the "closed section" of the original Great White North Catalog.
So when you look at the closed Great White North Catalog this was extended into Profusion...that's run off from my court case.
The ones on Profusion were released as "closed GWN Records unreleased albums list" ...I'm saying those are mine.
Then they did another 150 I think CD's that they added to the closed section of Great White North Records after BMG Rights Management bought The End Records.
Now people say BMG Rights Management own those 150 albums which were signed to Great White North Records "unreleased section" as a local promotion in Montreal OFF the contract.
Ouch, to those guilty parties.
Now people say BMG Rights Management is suing those people for releasing 150 albums to it's closed section from THE END RECORDS that it owns on Official Promotions over albums like Glen Danzig - Ded Red Saboth, that people copied to make a new label, PRC Music apparently I don't know anyway it's just rumor, out of the closed The End Records section from Great White North Records the first label to to sign acts promoting off Glenn Danzig's name using the closed section release list owned by BMG Rights Managment.
Their part of the Official Great White Records Promotion at the distributor level for The End Records, which is owned during the PRC label operation...apparently still signing bands to BMG cancelled release list section is how lawyers are saying it.

You can see a big court case breaking out here right now...
Then Glenn Danzig got beat up at the same time PLUS lawyers are saying that this model they are presenting is some kind of "stair" in a larger network for "illegally boosting bands on to labels fake" so it sounds like they got cough trying to boost on to labels with a fake contract from the "cancelled album section on BMG that they started before they quit" to sneak unsigned bands onto big labels.

I'm starting to remember what was going on back then, I mean this was just before 2007 - 2008 at the Collapse / Dying Fetus concert in Halifax when it blew up...
Later....Collapse and Great White North Records kept going,me on my own I mean which was the "GWN Maritimes Section" after Montreal people left and I just went by something else in the meantime...

Edit: This is a long topic, the point I'm trying to make here is that Slam Metal started on Great White North Records, I own that name...all artists were released...the actual ALBUMS in the back catalog are owned by Great White North Records when it closed when were were doing Que Magazine and setting up Slam Metal.
I'm saying that the "Official Slam Metal" print for the Mall was made at the Original Great White North Records launch, then they quit and it was GWN Maritimes....they abandoned the label with the debt on it that they owed me etc. and I kept going now I am resetting the name because Slam Metal came out on Sony now.
That's how I got the name and album catalog.
That was on "Sony Distribution Group" , I only kept the name and my band Collapse...the actual sound recordings are on the debt to me from the label closure. That's how I own the recordings...my point is if they get released by a third party later they just get picked up on some royalty collection if I'm not printing.
The bigger album on THE END RECORDS directly, was the Sony Group etc. Distributor.
BMG Rights Management bought that catalog and the bigger album was DANZIG - DETH RED SABOATH , with Prong as the backup band who are also the backup band for "The Original Misfits"with Glenn Danzig from the band Danzig.
So at Great White North Records I own the catalog list and albums if it's in court for a final resolution, right now if they were on a third party somehow that gets collected later.
I only kept Collapse and the label name / release list for promotions.
All the albums are currently not printed except Collapse on Digital, old stock and CD's / Vinyl bootlegs.
BMG RIGHTS MANAGEMENT bought DANZIG- DED RED SABOATH and closed "The End Records".

Here's where the cut is....
The original Great White North Records was setup in the mid 1990's, I think this was through Que Magazine in Montreal (?).
Anyway they worked on promotions for that, during that period we setup a bunch of stuff including SLAM METAL, which went officially on the "entertainment company" to be sold later at retail chains like CD Plus, that's just coming out now.
When I was going away to University from working at CD Plus, AFTER I left the old business my family worked at, so when they retired I was going away to University and then I was still back down doing stuff when I could.
People used to ask me about the company to make music prints for cd releases and then they made Slam Metal and we had it put on the company, if they finished that later it would be at CD Plus and them if they did the work
I'm one of the people who knows from the company how to do that stuff so they ask me, then the new one sets it up on the current business and they keep going.
Later those are new CD categories at the mall.
Then they have to charge royalties for all so the entire Slam Metal OFFICIAL album releases are the ones the "Entertainment Company" put on the list for the "sound / music requirements" that get sold at the mall.
Only those ones get carried on the contract...
So you need to be on the "official print" for the record store to get carried on Official Slam Metal...TODAY only Distant and Mental Cruelty have been signed to SONY.
Now look...I don't work there right now.
That all took like 20 years to put there right now, so I don't work there right now.
So when I go down to concerts and stuff the people working there know me from the old business and that I know how to make that stuff.
So when I was away and going to events I was just helping them out at the concerts...now I have to remember that list.
So what I did is I went out while I was away at school and going to concerts and then signed a bunch of new material like Slam Metal, told them how to make it and gave it to the current "official print people" they add that stuff and write it on a list, this is just an example...something like this, and then they write my name on it.
For example I was on the Slam Metal submission, the bands wanted the category made for the store with label people, then I knew how to make the print for it for the record company.
I told the current one who holds that and they put it on for the store and wrote my name on it as the submitter.
Now that stuff is coming out today.
Like 10 Million Slam Metal albums coming out and only 2 on Sony.
So I went around doing a bunch of that and I payed out of my own pocket and loaned out money to make the prints, later I might get a royalty cheque someday.
Then I continued on my own to do my band Collapse www.collapse.band and then my digital record store setup separate from all that.
So yes, I can still do prints and stuff for the company but I have to pay and don't get anything...they just put my name on it and later if it makes money some day I might get a royalty cheque.
I'm not releasing private information here, this is just an example of whats going on.
Then now I have to make my own money, and set earlier setup prints that I might get a royalty for later.
So I went out and signed a bunch of that when I was away at University and just wrote my name on it for the new company with Slam Metal on it and that.
Then I work separate on my own now.
That's what I'm trying to say, I work on my own now...but I can still help out with the other place doing that work for future royalty payments..I don't even mid paying or loaning money to do that.
That's separate from my new business which is based on web traffic and shopping carts for sales and advertising on the internet.
Anyway.........
I did a bunch of that stuff.
Another one I was at was Rob Zombie Ozzfest 2005....
People asked me about the stuff the company had access to today AFTER the old retirement when I went away to school.
I mean, if you ask me you can use most of it now but you need permission...so this happened at the Rob Zombie concert.
I told them what was what and they were now able to find it and out it on their set when before they had no permission or something.
Apparently, they write my name on that for showing them and then I help out and tell them how the old company make the videos and then I loaned a bunch of people money helping out and they went out and made it.
So I guess they write my name on it on the new one today if I do that and maybe someday it gets a royalty cheque.
Then you get to the concert and Rob Zombie has the most expensive picture in the company's archive blown up on the stage because I told them what it was, I mean the difference today is someone can say what it is , if everyone's there together, and they can use it but before they weren't allowed at all.
Then I showed them in the crowd promotions how the old company used to edit the tape and they put a bunch of that on it.
So we all dressed up and shot a bunch of crowd scenes in different outfits that were supposed to be edited and mixed in with the full concert video and gave it to them and left.
As of today I have never seen the whole tape, so Rob Zombie and them got a bunch of stuff of mine from that, whoever own's him they have my name and people I knew that helped out on a royalty payment sheet somewhere from working in the crowd probably if the tape ever makes money.
So I just tacked all that stuff on to the new company where I don't work at now by helping them out on my own and then I might get a royalty cheque someday, then I have to make my own money separate.
So I know what's probably going on with the Ozzfest tape...
They only have two songs edited and out....
The pictures on the stage make too much money for advertisements from the old company where they retired, so that owns the video probably today.
Then editing the crowd footage we made for the video to paste in all the crowd shots for stage diving and etc. for a fake re-edited home video.
So maybe that's too expensive and they didn't get it all done yet.
HOPEFULLY that video will be finished and come out, that was at my 2005 graduation from St.Francis Xavier University at their concert for my trip, now today nobody works.
So when I went down helping out, that's what Rob Zombie bought....
Like on their new business with me consulting from the old one working on my own on the crowd.
He got to use all that and me and a few people got our names written on the royalty payment sheet if it ever makes money they claim, so I did the deal.
I mean, I did a bunch of that that but only have two examples right now Slam Metal and that Rob Zombie tape.
I'm trying to say that that Ozzfest 2005 video is probably worth more than the guy Rob Zombie himself, because he bought out of the companies archive.
So I'm pretty sure that their head office owns that now and probably took over the tape to finish it.
That's worth a lot of money there if they finish a concert / home video like that with an expensive stage and good crowd shots to be edited...not sure what they would use but that's what I put on it for out crowd video shots, like generic clips to be edited, like a big good fake one full of re-shot crowd footage.
Now back to Slam Metal...
I'm just guessing here....
If the Slam Metal albums get picked up...now they come out on Sony.
I'm pretty sure after that the Company just takes them as payment from the third party label like Rob Zombie.
Then they take the Rob Zombie Tape and the Slam Metal CD's as payment and then only they sell them to pay on the debt they racked up like with Rob Zombie and Slam Metal.
Now the bottom people don't own that now...it goes on the bigger company to pay on their debts like Rob Zombie and Slam Metal people.
After that, it's "generic"...like I do blogs and ad pages independent to sell web traffic for ads and merchandise.
That's for the record store and I have to pay to stock it and do ads etc.
Then Slam Metal and Rob Zombie tapes show up at the record store and some where at the companies head office my name was supposed to be on there somewhere from helping them...for doing consulting on how to shoot the videos etc, to make it look like the old business, like ET and them...the movie, so that's what he bought Rob Zombie like on "internal credit from the company".
That's just lay mans terms for the record business, they can do that anyway they want.
I'm familiar with that model from doing business consulting etc.
Don't fault me in this story it's just a loose example of how a "CD contract" works at the Mall.
My total point here...
After this happens like with the Rob Zombie video and Slam Metal itself...the CD's and Tapes get taken from the artist and labels to pay on the BIGGER debt from Sony.
Then the label has to get new CD's etc to work on because the office takes them as payment...after that it's just ads for web traffic and permanent placement in the retail stores for the titles because they make money for the debts that Sony and them spent to make the tape.
Now there's only two Slam Metal CD's out at that point on Sony Distant and Mental Cruelty.
Edit: It's also "Malevolent Creation" live DVD as well, but I think that's on the old setup when we were doing Slam Metal setup.
That's on the new one...that we made in the crowd consulting and gave to Sony and them for free.
After that they become garbage at the mall in the stale section that's always there because it makes the company money, that's where I work at.
Retail, and apparently consulting when I'm down at concerts for helping with tape setup.
Then I loaned money out and consulting advice from the old company to help people get going and then hopefully someday I'll get a royalty cheque...if that don't make money, it's still the best you can do working in the music business.
After that it's retail sales, like this Rob Zombie tape and that....
I'll have to sell copies on my page if it comes out to make money.

UPDATE: Lord Of The Rings & The Hobbit Now Public Domain In CANADA / UK Countries September 2023
See the story below only the CBC claimed on one page in this hoax that the government threw down public domain law in a fake court hearing.
The other pages I saw were wikipedia as usual who started removing entries and the front page of google that claimed this happened.
Book makers are in the middle of printing all that right now and selling it and some bastard starting posting fake stories on CBC and Wikipedia right in the middle of everyone working and tried to block them from selling their new published material.
You so gross, that's all it it.
