Illegal construction site....there is a large ravine that they dug up to the sidewalk with an least twenty foot drop with no barrier, no hospital signs etc.
Then looking down the hill back toward pleasant street you can see where the sidewalk is supposed to be but they never installed it.
Instead they dug a death trap where people could fall or drive off the ravine into the construction site.
I don't know if you can tell in the picture but when you get up close to the ravine it is an almost vertical drop with no barrier at the top of the sidewalk.
