This is the route you have to walk to get to the top of Baker Drive at the shopping area....this is super important.
There are no side walk paint lines or street lights for cross walk areas which have not been installed.
This area has been like this for at least two years!
They installed the new sidewalk plates so you don't slip on the ice but did not install any painted crosswalks, walk signals, hospital signs at the Emergency Management Office, Bus Stops and Hospital Zones in this area, or street lights.
PATHETIC!
The main point to this is that there are no cross walks or signal lights at the hospital in Halifax / Dartmouth.
ILLEGAL!
