...says, Mic Mac is English....and England called them McDonald and MacKenzie and it didn't stick....so they went with their own spelling...oddly says ritual dance was misinterpreted and was actual ground flattening by foot in military dress for Native army maneuvers for setting up tents and small houses to make the ground flat manually.
