Reading from the article this was the wrong court resolution and again, no statute of limitations on the charges from 1991.
That case will have a new resolution.
Again, in 2006...Sobeys sues the Provincial Government (Illegal Overturning Of The Sunday Shopping Referendum in Nova Scotia)....that is a scam and not a real case, AGAIN the wrong court resolution.
You can not petition the courts to review a vote under regular circumstances, that is a court scam.
Then AGAIN in 2008 my case...YOU'RE OUT!
That's three strikes to me.
In my case they tried to steal my $150 million dollar value SAP Computer Server on the TSX during my Stock Market Certification Program and LOST IN SIX WEEKS.
Meaning...the office staff lost MY case from the assault over the server trying to steal the work or something.
Then...
Today for me that is a Civil Court Settlement.
The next connection is the Alex Jones show was at this protest during all that with a self syndication, they were CONVICTED of the same types of charges....a lot of flaming came from a crowd present at the protest, unknown to me their identity.
Now they have lost in the Civil Case after being CONVICTED OF PUBLISHING INTENTIONAL DEFAMATION twice to school shooting victims.
From the Civil Court testimony "Alex Jones Show" may now face future criminal charges from admissions on the stand at Civil Court Settlement Hearing in a scam and could now be charged in the scam for setting up the events that led to all this plus wasting the courts money.
That is a similar case as mine in the some of the same places, however mine was against a different party....the staff of "Sobeys Office" now also in the news for A Sexual Assault Case with the wrong verdict PLUS they are facing charges in the referendum case in the same scam I assume when that goes through.
Sunday Shopping In Nova Scotia will be banned once all these court resolutions are completed because it is illegally in effect since 2006.
No court is even allowed hearing their case, the same again....it's a business court scam with fake police that got arrested by the way PLUS illegal court tampering in the same scam.
That is the SAME METHOD that Alex Jones Texas Talk Show Radio Host at his trial admitted to using in the outside analysis to steal the money from the victims of the school shooting at his fake protest group...with he admitted he setup through self syndication and THAT material is also part of his show references and they even tried to admit it as evidence, the fake syndicated material that repeats Alex Jones show, and if anything....it made the defamation settlement easier for the court and they had to force him to stop lying multiple times on the stand.
VERDICT: White Collar Scam in the United States and Canada court system trying to beat the courts with "fast talkers" like Alex Jones to steal money from University Students, Professionals and CNN Personalities from world events like school shootings.
