It's just after the cyclone and it's extremely violent outside in Halifax with nuts drivers everywhere because of things like no government support and illegal laws in the province from scam courts / businesses.
I don't really recommend going out in the City unless you need too, it's getting cold and frosty outside at 16 degrees Celsius it says and cars are running all over everything with no traffic laws, people are out everywhere wandering around.
I recommend staying inside if your can but it sucks because of bad apartment conditions with bugs and damage and it's hot and stuffy inside and cold and icy outside.
So it's hard to stay in, and crazy outside...I recommend staying in so you don't get hurt and then just going out for necessities and fresh air...I don't recommend going out and hanging around and being casual outside right now but you still have to go outside so it is what is is.
