There is a hurricane hitting Atlantic Canada this week and it's the day before cheque day.
The "Halifax government" has said they are making people have no food for the hurricane and won't release cheques early.
Cheque day is the start of next week and people have no food in the City, now they are making them wait until after the hurricane to provide food money and are starving them this weekend during the hurricane.
