The Canada Government is planning to regulate and sell editable marijuana products in stores like Marijuana Brownies. It might be a while but it's in the works right now they are saying.

So not far in the future these will be for sale in Canada.

The big debate right now is Mail Order Marijuana Products cross Provincial Borders might be illegal. So in you live in Nova Scotia you can't order Marijuana Products from Ontario because it falls under the Tobacco Law and is regulated Privately by the Canadian Government under Alcohol and Tobacco Laws. 

So you can only sell Marijauna Products if they have the Provincial Sales Sticker on it like Tobacco because of Local Provincial Regulation and Provincial Taxes.

The Government Regulation of Provincial Taxes on Marijuana Products means you can't order Marijuana Brownies from Ontario if you live in Nova Scotia because you have to buy them here and pay Nova Scotia Tax for the Provincial Regulation.

They are also closing illegal marijuana dispensaries in Canada and are opening retail stores to buy Marijuana. I think they said like 250 stores in Ontario, I'm assuming that if you don't live near a Marijuana Store you have to order it through the mail, but from within your local Province only because it falls under Tobacco Laws and you have to shop within your own province, so far unless that changes.

Stiff fines for illegal marijuana....$1 Million Dollars for Companies selling unregulated Marijauna and $100,000 for individuals and two years in prison.

This is the latest update on the on what's happening in Sweet Valley High AKA Halifax Nova Scotia.

First, I have to clarify that in this Valley Girl story I am the Narrator and am one of the cool guys and play in a band.

Although I am writing books right now in real life that will be out in advance with a free ebook version, they will be sold on Amazon etc. at a later date when they are printed. 

In the Valley Girl story I am not the "character who is writing a book" I am the narrator and play in a band and I am one of the cool guys.

The character who is writing the book is a Sweet Valley High Valley Girl who is writing a book on their team of mystery solvers.

This is what is happening right now at Sweet Valley High in Halifax.  

The geeks, nerds and losers are now in a fight with a Valley Girl who is writing a book on their team of Valley Girl Mystery Solvers and the rest of the Valley Girls on the Mystery Solver team are looking for clues to solve the case.

The geeks, nerds and losers have just found out that one of the girls on the Valley Girl Mystery Solvers team is writing a book and is going to be famous and make a $100 Billion Dollar Book Company.

Now the geeks, nerds and losers are in a huge fight with her and the Valley Girl Mystery Solvers are trying to solve the case of what they are talking about.

The geeks, nerds and losers are saying that the Valley Girl who is writing the book on the Valley Girl Mystery Solvers Team is giving the geeks, nerds and loser's her brand new book business right now.

Then they are saying that she is giving them the business because she is going to make it up to them for her becoming famous and they aren't. 

The geeks,nerds and losers are all saying that the Valley Girl who is writing the book is famous now and it's not fair. Then they are all going around saying that she is giving them the business and the $100 Billion Dollars in profits so they can put the book out and keep the money to make it up to them because they aren't famous and she is.

So at Sweet Valley High Halifax right now the geeks, nerds and losers are super mad and in a huge fight with one of the Valley Girls who is writing a book because she is famous and won't share it with them in their group of geeks.nerds and losers.

The geeks, nerds and losers are all saying they are in a fight with the Valley Girl because she is famous and they aren't and they want her to make them famous like her and they are mad because she won't.

So the geeks, nerds and losers all want the Valley Girl to "cut them in" on the Entertainment Business and make them famous or they will be super mad at her.

The geeks, nerds, and losers have sent a "secret message" to the Valley Girl writing the book right on the heels of a previous attempt by them to sneak up on a Valley Girl and kiss her at a Halloween Party (gross) two weeks ago that was a failed attempt.

Now the geeks, nerds and losers have struck again: They have sent a different Valley Girl who is writing a book on their team of Mystery Solvers a secret message.

This is the secret message:

"You are a fucking bitch and are famous now and won't cut us in on the entertainment business and now you are writing a book and are going to make $100 Billion Dollars off it.

We want you to know that we are mad at you because you are famous and we are not famous. 

It's not fair that you are famous and we are not and we are mad that you won't cut us in on the entertainment business and we hate you. 

If you want us to be nice to you then you are going to have to make it up to us for being famous.

It's not fair that you are famous and we are not famous.

That book you are writing is going to make $100 Billion Dollars and it's not fair because the money is probably guaranteed and the topic is super popular at the Supermarket Checkout with the Tabloids and stuff like that and when women go shopping they will probably buy it at the checkout when they are out getting food.

That's because it looks like some kind of Tabloid Book for housewives our something, and they will probably buy it with their food at the Supermarket Checkout because  it will be listed right next to the National Enquirer and be #1 on the best sellers list at the book section of at the Supermarket or with the Tabloids.

Then these women will buy this book to read when they are home alone all day being housewives because they like to read the Tabloids and stuff like that and your book is going to be the same thing as that so they will be all reading it and then your are going to be super rich.

If your book is going to be at the Supermarket Checkout then you are going to be super famous and everyone will know who you are.

It's not fair that you have a tabloid book coming out at the Supermarket Checkout next to the National Enquirer because women will buy this when they are out and you will be famous and have like $100 Billion Dollars.

We know that this book will be big like the "Is Elvis Alive?" or the "OJ Simpson" book about if he did it or not.

We know that you are going to be famous and are writing the next Is Elvis Alive? book for the Supermarket Checkout with the Tabloids.

It's not fair that you are famous and are writing this book because you are a fucking bitch and we all hate you.

If you want us to be nice to you then when the book is finished  you have to give it to us so that we can run the book publishing business to print and release the book so that we can be famous and have $100 Billion Dollars.

We want to run the business to put the book at the Supermarket because that will help you make it up to us for not being famous.

This book is going to be super huge with women and housewives because it's about tabloid stuff like Is Elvis Alive and we want it.

Since we are not famous are you are famous we want you to give us the book when you are done  so that we can own the business that sells the book, this will help us in forgiving you for us not being famous when your are.

If you want us to forgive you for being famous then this is what we want.

We know that you are super nice but you are a fucking bitch and we hate you and we know you will want us to forgive you for being famous.

That is because we want to be famous. 

That is why we are so mad at you and hate you. It's because we want to be famous and we are not, and you are famous so we are mad.

Plus, you are a fucking bitch anyway and we hate you.

If you want us to forgive you for being famous you have to give us the book business and let us print the book, then we are keeping the $100 Billion Dollars and you can't have any of the money.

You can't have the money from the book because you are famous and we are not famous. 

We will keep the money and then this will start making us forgive you for being famous, in the meantime you can't have any money and have to live on regular money while you write books for our book business.

This is because we are so mad at you for being famous that we want you to give us your new book and the $100 Billion Dollar Business, then we want to own mansions and have rich money while you are not rich and just have regular money.

That way when we are rich off your book and own mansions you will not be rich and just have regular money until we are not mad anymore.

When you have lived with no money while we are rich off your book you will still be famous and that should be enough for you that you don't need money.

So if you are famous then we want to own the money for the book because it's not fair that we are not famous.

When we are famous like you then you will be allowed to have rich money after you let us have money for your book for a long time.

At some point in the future when we have collected the $100 Billion Dollars and are famous off your books THEN you will be allowed to have money and be rich.

So if you want us to be nice to you then you will have to do this or we won't like you because you are famous, that means you will have to please us until we are not mad anymore that we are not famous and you are.

During this period you will also have to wear a potato sack.

Wearing the potato sack for cloths while you are famous and write books for us will help us feel better because we are mad.

So when we own your book and are living in mansions with the $100 Billion Dollars you will have to live poor and wear a potato sack for cloths until we are not mad anymore.

We know that you are going to do this because you are super nice and don't want us to be mad at you.

That is what you have to do to please us and make us happy. This will help you make it up to us for being famous when we are not, that's how mad we are.

We are so mad at you for being famous that we want you give us the book and the $100 Billion Dollar Business and  be poor and wear a potato sack for cloths until we are not mad anymore.

We have been running in and out of your yard and yelling about this but you are not getting the hint.

Since you are not getting the hint and your Tabloid Supermarket Book with be out soon with the National Enquirer at the Supermarket we had to send you this secret message.

Here is the thing, the Valley Girl who is writing this book who got the secret message about this issue  doesn't even know who these geeks, nerds and losers are....plus she hates them because they are gross.

So they sent her this secret message with their demands about wearing a potato sack for clothes and giving them her book money for their forgiveness but she doesn't even know them.

Now the Halifax Valley Girl Mystery Solvers are trying to solve the mystery of what they are talking about in this crazy letter.

Here is the deal - The two crowds don't even know each other, but the geeks, nerds and losers keep saying they are in the same crowd as the Valley Girls and they keep trying to interact with them and are saying they are in the same crowd together.

The Valley Girls all hate the geeks, nerds and losers and think they are gross.

Now the geeks, nerds and losers heard about the Valley Girls book coming out and they are saying she has to do all that if she wants them to forgive her.

These are people she doesn't even know, the ones she knows of were just the Trenchcoat Mafia  pretending to like books but they were just posers.

Now the Valley Girl Mystery Solvers have to solve the case.

Here are their thoughts on the case:

Are the geeks, nerds and losers trying to get her pregnant so they will get her book money by having a baby with her?

Are the geeks, nerds and losers trying to find out if she wants them to secretly father her baby behind her boyfriends back. 

That way if they break up the boyfriend doesn't get anything because he wasn't the real father....then the book money goes to the geeks, nerds and losers where the real father of her kid lives?

This is the number one issue the Valley Girl Mystery Solvers are trying to find out....

Why do the geeks, nerds and losers think that the Valley Girl writing the book thinks that they are so important?

The Valley Girl writing the book hates them and they will never even look or talk to them ever for real, 100% fact.

However, all the geeks, nerds and losers are saying that she thinks their so important to her that she will give them her book money and be poor and wear a potato sack for cloths because she has to make it up to them for her being famous when they are not famous.

This weekend news of the "Mystic Healer" attack came out and police have posted his picture, then I was listening to CBC Radio and they had a story on their about the Missing and Murdered Aboriginal Women's Task Force.

This article is an actual alert.

Apparently, there are over 300 cases of Missing and Murdered Aboriginal Women in Canada.

Could the Mystic Healer be responsible for the Murder's of Aboriginal Women in Toronto?

Recently, I have been doing research into Serial Killers and watching a lot of documentaries and reading a lot of books on the topic. You can't be sure but this should definitely be an alert for the public.

Something has to be done to solve the case of Missing and Murdered Aboriginal Women, apparently Prime Minister Trudeau plans to launch an investigation but Police are saying they don't have any leads.

From what I am reading there is a Task Force in place because the families of the missing and murdered women do not believe that there was no foul play in the disappearance of many Aboriginal Women.

No one is doing enough to find these missing women. Helping by promoting public discussion may resolve these cases of murders and missing women.

From my recent research in serial killer psychological profiles and based on past cases of serial killers I have compared the profile of the Toronto Mystic Healer to the profile of serial killers who have been caught in the past.

These are all public events and this is what the profile of the Mystic Healer looks like and this is also  during the inquiry into the unusual amount of missing and murdered Aboriginal Women.

According to the profile of the Mystic Healer and based on past cases of captured serial killers the Mystic Healer may be the new Robert Pickton and be responsible for the murders of Aboriginal Women in Canada in the Toronto area.

Public discussion may help capture this possible Serial Killer on the lose in Toronto. This "Mystic Healer" could be doing the same event as Robert Pickton in Toronto.

This is the profile of the possible Serial Killer "The Mystic Healer" in Toronto based on other cases of serial killers that I have learned in my recent research.

In short this person may be abducting Aboriginal Women and Murdering them in Toronto in the same manner that Robert Piction did on his pig farm in Vancouver.

The Mystic Healer could be the new Robert Pickton and may have disposed of the missing Aboriginal Women's bodies on a pig farm or rendering plant like Robert Picton did in Vancouver.

In this is true, this Mystic Healer Serial Killer will have some kind of pig farm or similar facility in Toronto that he uses to dispose of women's bodies like Robert Pickton did in Vancouver.

In fact this guy may have gotten his whole plan from the Robert Pickton case and be copying his crimes and that may be why he hasn't been caught. If that is the case the missing women's bodies may have been disposed of at a rendering plant or pig farm in Toronto leaving no police leads or evidence.

My theory is that every time a Missing Women's Task Force is put in place it is because their is a Serial Killer on the lose.

That is the same thing that happened in Vancouver, there was a missing women's task force set up and later it turned out to be serial killer Robert Pickton.

Now their is a Missing Aboriginal Women's Task Force, which means there is probably a serial killer on the lose.

The Mystic Healer case in Toronto matches other cases of the behavoir of serial killers like the Boston Strangler and now Robert Pickton.

The Mystic healer used a scam to attack a woman in Toronto that was similar to one used by the Boston Strangler, then I heard there was a Task Force in place to find Missing Aboriginal Women and my first thought was that is sounds like the Robert Pickton case.

This is the Profile based on Serial Killer Documentaries:

The Mystic Healer used "Mystical Healing" as a ploy to lure a women into being attacked - This ploy is something that would appeal to Aboriginal Women because they may have spiritual beliefs like Native Americans or a spiritual culture.

The Aboriginal Women may have had their spiritual beliefs played upon by the killer to lure them in with some mystical healing scam.

In the case of Robert Pickton he was attacking Prostitutes and Drug Addicts, the mystical healing may involve some kind of Illegal Activity like drugs or prostitution and the Mystic Healer may be luring women in with money and drugs just like Robert Pickton.

The police did not say if the Mystic Healer attack was on an Aboriginal Women as far as I can tell or not but it may have been or she may have escaped. 

Just because there are missing aboriginal women it doesn't mean he is not attacking other women, the Aboriginal Victims could just be the larger number.

So if the Mystic Healer attack in Toronto was on a non-Aboriginal Woman, it does not mean it's not the same person.

If this the same thing as Robert Pickton then the Mystic Healer will be hanging out in run down areas like Robert Pickton did in Vancouver in the Downtown Eastside where there is poverty, drug use and prostitution. If that was Halifax it would be in the North End or somewhere. I don't know where these neighborhoods would be located in Toronto.

The Serial Killer if true may also have a lot of money and be using some business like a pig farm to go down to Toronto's run down areas and offer women money and drugs and saying he is a Mystical Healer which could involve illegal drug use.

This is the same thing that happened with Robert Pickton.

If the Mystic Healer is responsible for murdering women on the Missing Aboriginal Women's Task Force then he will have a business like a pig farm or rendering plant to dispose of bodies.

Then he will be hanging around run down city areas in Toronto like Vancouver's Downtown Eastside or Halifax's North End.

He will have money and been offering it to Women who are poor for drugs and prostitution.

He will be using a Mystical Healing scam to lure in Aboriginal Women by playing on their Spiritual Beliefs.

He will be hiding behind a business and be using it to dispose of women's bodies and using the money to lure in poor women.

That is a similar even that was used by Serial Killer John Wayne Gacy who hid behind a construction business.

That is the basic profile I am getting based on the Robert Pickton case. What I think is that these serial killers are learning to hide their crime by copying Robert Pickton  whose case is showing them how to do those events.

This may be taking place in other areas of North America but I didn't find anything listed on the internet.

These people are now getting caught because of the Missing Women's Task Force's which are a sign that when enough women go missing it may be a serial killer like Robert Pickton.

From now on when you see a Missing Women's Task Force you should assume it is a serial killer using the methods of Robert Pickton.

This is what is happening right now with the Missing Aboriginal Women's Task Force. There is also murdered women on the list but they may be getting smarter.

The serial killer may be dumping some of the bodies in fields like Ted Bundy to distract Police while he disposes of the rest of the bodies at a pig farm or somewhere similar.

There are too many missing and murdered aboriginal women on the list for this to be a coincidence in my opinion, plus their could be other non-Aboriginal Women missing who are not included in the list.

I'm not saying that this is the same event in every case of over 300 missing Aboriginal Women but the Mysic Healer could be the next Robert Pickton and be responsible for many of the victims.

My theory is based on public accounts of captured serial killers like Robert Pickton and the actions of the Mystic Healer, who is active at the same time as the Missing Aboriginal Women's Task Force.

The Mysic Healer could be the next Robert Pickton on the lose in Toronto based on these events.

Talking about these issues in public may help identify the next serial killer like Robert Pickton if they are active and on the lose in Toronto today.

Toronto may have a serial killer on the lose. His name is the "Mystic Healer".

The Next Boston Strangler Could be in Toronto

This guy matches the description of the same methods used by the Boston Strangler - Albert Desalvo.

The Mystic Healer has used the same methods as other serial killers like Cannibal and Rapist Jeffery Dahmer and Albert Desalvo the Boston Strangler who tricked women into letting them into their apartments where he raped them and strangled them with their own bras and underwear.

STORY:

TORONTO — Police say they’re looking for a man who described himself as a “mystical healer” in a Toronto sexual assault investigation.

It’s alleged the man approached a 38-year-old woman in the downtown Eaton Centre mall on Oct. 15 and told her he was a mystical healer.

Investigators allege the two met again on Oct. 17 in the Eaton Centre and the woman paid the man for a healing session and was sexually assaulted

The suspect is described as approximately 35 years old, 5-8, with a stocky build and dark thick moustache.

Police say he is wanted for fraud and sexual assault.

Recently, I have been watching a lot of documentaries and reading a lot about real life Serial Killers like Joel Rifkin - The New York Ripper and when I read the article the profile jumped out at me like on one of them shows where you recognize the event and it turns out to be a serial killer.

The Mystic Healer's profile exactly matches the profile used by The New York Ripper - Joel Rifkin who confessed to murdering seventeen women in New York City and drove around the City with their bodies decomposing in the car. He was eventually caught by New York City Police driving around with a Decomposing Women's Body in the Vehicle after they attempted to pull him over for a traffic stop.

The New York Ripper - Joel Rifkin

The Mystic Healer used similar tactics as Joel Rifkin the New York Ripper to lure the women into being sexually assaulted. Keep in mind however that all these guys have a similar profile and often they are caught by the Police and let go, I think this may have happened with the New York Ripper but I can't remember. 

The Mystic Healer is using methods more like ones used by the Boston Strangler who before he was known as the Boston Strangler was known as the Green Man and the Measuring man before being caught as the Boston Strangler.

Today, there is a guy on the lose using a similar scam as the Boston Strangler when he was wanted by Police as the Green Man and the Measuring Man attacks. 

As the Measuring man the Boston Strangler used as scam to get women to have their pictures taken for the entertainment business by posing as a Photographer, as the Green Man he ran women's doorbells at their apartments and said he was their to fix their apartment.

In both cases I think he then Raped them in their apartments when they let him in, later as the Boston Strangler he Raped and Murdered them, strangling the women with their own bras and underwear.

The Mystic Healer is on the lose in Toronto using the same scam as the Measuring Man Albert Desalvo  by posing as a Mystical Healer and then when the women went to the meeting she was sexually assaulted. 

According to documentaries I have been watching about serial killers and books I have been reading the Mystic Healer matches the description of the New York Ripper Joel Rifkin and Albert Desalvo the Green Man, Measuring Man and Boston Strangler who had three aliases. 

The Mystic Healer may be planning to murder women in Toronto and rape and strangle them with their own bras and underwear. Women in Toronto should be in super fear right now and be scared to death as they may be the next target of the Mystic Healer who could come into your home at night like the Night Stalker Richard Ramirez and shoot you with a .45 caliber hand gun or rape and strangle you with your own bras and underwear like the Boston Strangler Albert Desalvo.

There should probably be a manhunt issued for this guy right away before he becomes the next Ted Bundy who also used similar tactics to rape, strangle and murder women and then bury them out in a field somewhere in a shallow grave.

The Mystic Healer is using a mystical healing scam to rape women and he may be planning to then murder the women. When you go to see him to be healed....he rapes and murders you.

I did a quick check on the internet and there aren't many unsolved Toronto  murders of women right now but that could be the Mystic Healer, I saw two I think, or maybe they never found the bodies yet. Sometimes it takes Police years to find the bodies.

Maybe he hasn't started killing yet, or he could be in the middle of it right now like when the Police got their first  alerts on Jeffery Dahmer, or Joel Rifkin the New York Ripper.

This could be a sign that a serial killer is on the lose in Toronto. It may not be long before the bodies pile up if he gets caught. 

Women should be extremely afraid in Toronto right now, based on the the methods of the Mystic Healer you could be the next victim of the latest version of Joel Rifkin The New York Ripper or Albert Desalvo  The Boston Strangler.

The is probably already a task force in place and manhunt taking place based on this media alert from the Toronto newspapers.

Government May Start Issuing Mandatory DNA Tests To Parents Because Of Whores In Sweet Valley High

Geek tries to see if Valley Girl is Slut on Halloween

Word on the street in the latest gossip in Sweet Valley High AKA Halifax, Nova Scotia is that the Government may start issuing mandatory DNA tests to parents to prove that both people having the child are the actual parents of the baby by performing a mandatory Parental DNA Test when the child is born. 

This will rule out any possible future problem's when the husband in the future finds out that the kids were in fact not his children and stop future court litigation's.

In the case of Sweet Valley High AKA Halifax the actual father was probably the neighbor down the road with a separate family of his own.

Valley Girls in the area have tracked the connection to the Trenchcoat Mafia and they have determined through their connections that the Trenchcoat Mafia are actually Geeks and Nerds in disguise anyway and they have been caught hanging out together and lending them costumes.

The Trenchcoat mafia in the area in this recent shocking move has been caught lending geeks their clothes so they can attempt to kiss a Valley Girl at a Halloween Party behind her boyfriends back and they may have also been trying to see if she wanted to get pregnant and have a secret baby behind the boyfriends back.

This was in an attempt to see if the Valley Girl was a slut and see if she may have been willing join the slut network in the area.
