YouTube - No Public Fair Use Policy

Did everyone see what just took place, not only the invention of a new category of music Baloney Metal came up it is also the death of Social Media this week, although I'm sure pages like Twitter etc. will still be around.

Facebook (The Facebook) and YouTube both MySpace'd are will probably just be shell pages now with videos and stuff on them like Myspace is still there.  

So Facebook, YouTube and Wikipedia those are all just personal websites with no actual business behind them. Like people are throwing tons of money into them and even putting them on the stock market and have little or no regulation.

All the pages are built of out of user content and it's just people in their group regulating the content. Like they have no "fair use" policy on any of their websites, making them personal website pages, unlike myself who has real business practices behind my pages with actual Corporate work in it.

Those pages have no Corporate work in them and are not backed by a Corporate Business Model because of their webpage policies, which makes them large personal websites where they can "decide" to log in and cancel peoples uploads based on personal decisions of people they don't like on their page, right in their policy.

That is a total fraud, with no fair use policy for the public and makes their pages a scam. You can't say that they are an "authority" on anything on Wikipedia or YouTube because of their low business policies.

At anytime they can decide to not use your content for whatever reason they want making their pages fake. Wikipedia for example can not say they are an authority on any article on the page making their website useless because they take other stuff down. That's based on personal decisions only, making their page a personal website that was created by user submissions.

Then they have a massive security breach at Facebook and probably YouTube and released all the user data just like your credit reports at Equifax...meaning they are all tanked and it's the death of Social Media this Summer.

No one cares anyway, they are all just a bunch of message boards with video content on them. There will be tons of new video sharing services if YouTube closes anyway.

Also, that makes all the YouTube content bootleg uploads in my opinion because the owners policy is that they have no Fair Use Agreement with the public making it a personal webpage.

Then they take ALL internet video uploads on their site and then use them for their own purposes, then post a public policy that is not real because they can pull it based on personal preference which is discrimination against the public.

Then their group uses all content for whatever they want with no censorship plus it's an advertising and click through page.

To me that just makes YouTube a free file sharing site because there are no public regulations for fair use and whoever owns the page is just using the files for their own purposes with their friends that they allow making it a fake page like Wikipedia. 

They also have software similar to Facebook which spies on your photo contents during a widescale security breach. That is because it is a personal website with no corporate regulations or that wouldn't happen.

That means that pages like Facebook, YouTube and Wikipedia are too large now and can't manage their user uploaded content and policies and the pages fell apart with no Fair Use Policy for the public which is the main topic because they have no Corporate Business managing their policies, making them broke and their page fell apart when it got too big.

The main point to that is no public fair use policy on YouTube means they are just sharing their content with their friends in a group for any purpose on all uploads.

Then they can block anyone else whenever they want from using the content making the page fake. That means that Social Media is closed and those are not real webpages. I still use YouTube but you can't get fair coverage, although it is good for sharing videos on your pages and making music playlists.

Why would anyone pay for their music streaming services they just opened when you can't use the page contents in a fair use package like the owners of the page are doing? To me everything on there is bootleg and the page owners are just trying to control the file sharing. That is just an open file sharing page to me but the owners are blocking the public from the access they have with no public fair use policy - the number one thing that makes it a legitimate page. 

They don't have that. Meaning they are closed.

This all started with the censorship of Conspiracy Host Alex Jones on YouTube and Facebook, that was just coming from a large personal website (no corporation or oversight), then President Trump started complaining about their "services".

When Deathmetal.tv went up that is what happened to us - No Fair Use Policy making the page bullshit. 

I mean come on YouTube is on the SmartTV and BluRay apps main television screens, then they have no Public Fair Use Policy and just keep all the public content for their group. They are not allowed doing that.

Baloney Metal

I'm just stopping for a minute now to readjust how I see the Heavy Metal scene because of Baloney Metal, I know all kinds of them people.

This is how albums will be ranked in the future...by the weight of the baloney package. It's nice to see this turn of events in metal.

Plus all those bands are full of shit, I mean their "labels" or whoever must not have much behind them and they don't know how business works to be making band decisions like that. 

They don't want free promotional coverage in all Countries and stuff like that from MTV or somebody, they like local only and not large business. I don't get that man. Baloney.

By the way Maple Leaf Baloney is super delicious, and it's not cheap anymore. Baloney is like $18 a package now, that's pretty high, but there's nothing like getting a ream of Maple Leaf Baloney to fry up once in a while.

Who Wouldn't Want To Be On Deathmetal.tv

I was just sitting here and thinking this, why would a band not want worldwide coverage on deathmetal.tv on the internet. I mean they decided to block the video and only make it available in certain countries.

What are they doing making that a local product or something like Japan only or something. 

Like why wouldn't you want coverage on the internet on the name deathmetal.tv worldwide? It's only the main internet Death Metal domain name on the television on Blu Ray and SmartTV. 

No they're going to pull it off to have it local only or something.

That's baloney metal man.

I'm not covering them people man on my music page, I'm trying to run a real business. Just like Venom right? Real Heavy Metal only.

This is probably the biggest thing to happen to me in metal probably since Venom came out or when I heard it, I will never forget this day.

Today is the creation day of Baloney Metal.

This is probably the greatest thing to ever happen.

What Does "The Facebook" Controversy Have To Do With YouTube?

So what about The Facebook www.thefacebook.com ,which is their old url and is still active, have to do with that YouTube thing?

Well for one www.deathmetal.tv that happened to one of our videos and it's discriminatory against my music business which abides by their policy, the small print of YouTube makes it NOT a business like Wikipedia.

I also had that issue on Wikipedia and when I wrote them they said they had no office and it was just people moderating the page so I quite their site. 

YouTube is the same because they put that trick in there for people at home to block videos from a business like mine for example from using their content. That means they are not a business and just work from home on a non business format and is illegal for a personal webpage of that size.

Why people put that much money into a personal website that's not for business and only made of click throughs like The Facebook is beyond my comprehension. If they are on the stock market they are in breach of all regulations.

www.deathmetal.tv is not going to stop making videos which abide by the real public policy but we don't know which ones will be censored by other private users from their houses that don't like our videos at our real business, plus it is mainly playlist anyway and a music update page for topics on the YouTube channel, if YouTube closes www.deathmetal.tv will just go to whatever new video sharing service springs up next.

As far as The Facebook goes they started using YouTube like ContentID match on home users personal photos to list the contents in your pictures in public, that's why I dropped the page but still have my account open, plus people are just using it to group on individuals and harass them to death.

YouTube has content id match which is just facial recognition software match to match the wav file image of the uploaded material, The Facebook uses that to match stuff like lamps, dildos, panties, lesbian and gay porno that is scans in your pictures with content id match and then lists it on your page for all your users so they can see what items are listed in your house without your permission.

Yeah, that's a pretty bad invasion of privacy so I no longer post personal pictures on their site. As far as YouTube goes that is a "home based website" and the clause allows home users not in a business setup to block videos with their music content in it.  

All that means is that they are doing that to my videos because I am a bigger artist than them and more well known with a bigger promotion that is still being setup and a bigger star than all them because I have a webpage with my picture on it and blog etc. 

None of them can compete with that....now wait and see which bands fail because I am dropping all the related coverage where I don't cover it as necessary to those home users and their bands are dropped from the music scene because fans will no longer support them because of their YouTube censorship in their private group to a business like myself.

Now just wait and see for a while and see which bands and record labels fall off coverage and vanish since they have been kicked out of music, I'm not sure who that all is yet but time will weed it out when all their bands get dropped and their "home business" of selling metal cds closes.

YouTube Caught In Global Discrimination Scam

Look at this everyone, YouTube is going to close, they have been caught with the music companies and Hollywood companies discriminating against all public internet users on the page.

That means that the public can't use YouTube unless they are part of a private group at YouTube with music companies and advertisers like on smartphones right in their policy.

FIRST - They give public permission to use songs from the music companies on their page.

THEN - They remove permission in a second clause on their policy page if the music company doesn't like your individual specific video from you personally. Then they gave them permission to log in and block your videos if they don't like them against the first public policy rule.

That means that YouTube is totally fake with false advertising and it's run by music companies and they are also the advertisers on the page and smartphones. 

That means the public is NOT ALLOWED to use YouTube content in their videos and have to be private only, then their PRIVATE GROUP all shares all video content across YouTube in public and no one is allowed on it.

BECAUSE...the policy says the public can use the song, UNLESS the private group doesn't like it AGINST users on an individual basis if the private group doesn't like their video.

That is OPEN DISCRIMINATION against everyone on the internet and totally illegal making their page FAKE and FRAUDLENT.

I'm assuming they will all get arrested and the page will be shut down.

In YouTube creator studio classic:

The policy says you can use the song in the video and it will "appear world wide" but they can place ads on it.

Policy two says if the private group doesn't like your video with the song in it they can cancel you from their global approval permissions on an individual discriminatory basis.

Then they have no support email and you can't ask what happened because it is faq sheet and forum support only is all I could see.

Then they tell you you're not allowed to ask or find out about who blocked your video against their first policy, open discrimination against all internet users and illegal.

Baker Drive Halifax / Dartmouth

The Drama Continues

This is exactly what people are complaining about in the news in Ontario about Sobeys Company. They are doing the same thing on Baker Drive in Dartmouth. That is one of the busiest places in Halifax and is a large residential area of suburbs full of $600,000 houses probably and dozens of large modern apartment buildings that are not cheap apartments. Plus, the area is still building brand new apartment building complexes. 

So that is a large main residential area. Sobeys has a store on the top of Baker Drive and just like they are complaining about in the news in Ontario they are doing the same thing here on Baker Drive. They have one section setup with their grocery store and are trying to force the local residents to shop at their store only in the suburbs and apartment complexes because they have "fully serviced their residential area". 

That means they are taking up all the store retail space and trying to own the market for the local area. I realize they are not the only gas station in the area and there may be other local businesses there like Tim Hortons and it's also the location of the Department of Motor Vehicles in Dartmouth.

What I mean is for grocery shopping there are the only store I can see on Baker Drive, then the Giant Tiger is at the opposite end of Baker Drive at Woodlawn Plaza near where I live but it is only small and cheap products, the Atlantic Superstore is way down the road on Portland Street on the way to Cole Harbour where Sidney Crosby NHL star is from.

That area is too far for residents on Baker Drive unless they take the bus or use a car to buy food. So as far as I can see or it's the most prevalent problem anyway is that Sobeys is moving in to all the new residential divisions in the City Areas and trying to "tell" the local residents in a more expensive area that they have to shop there. 

That's by their business practices, meaning if they don't they have to drive because it's in an isolated residential area. What people don't like about this is that Sobeys is telling the residents on Baker Drive that the area is "fully serviced" like they are saying to people in Ontario who are complaining about them.  

First and anyway, as local citizens we don't need to be "serviced" so it's their language for one people don't like that they are telling people in these neighbourhoods. It's not about our needs as humans being "serviced by Sobeys" so we don't need to leave the neighbourhood to buy groceries it's that their company is bothering the local residents by their business practices.

It doesn't matter if Sobeys are the only store in a local city area, people don't like them because they are bothering all the citizens in the houses and apartments around their business locations and annoying them by putting stores in all the new sub divisions or suburb areas. Then they are "ordering" them to shop there by saying their needs have been "fully serviced" by having them in the neighbourhood - no, that is them bothering the local residents.

It's where they are opening the stores at and then ordering the local residents to shop there, that is what people don't like about them. We don't need to be "fully serviced" for our household items by one business locally only, ok. 

No one wants to be serviced by Sobeys, we can get our own household products wherever we want thanks. Stop telling us where to shop and saying not to complain about it because we have our needs "serviced" , that's why everyone hates them and is one of the things there are doing that's bothering people in their houses and apartments, plus they are bothering people anyway from their office staff in separate incidents at their houses.

Second, they don't have the neighbourhood fully serviced by their store on Baker Drive because the store is too small. The population in the Baker Drive area is so large that the local businesses on the road can't meet their needs anyway, so Sobeys is trying to get all the customers to go to their store on Baker Drive when they can't even fill the order.

So they don't have anything "fully serviced" because the City Blocks are too large to meet the needs of the residents, who have to leave the area to shop anyway because it's too small to handle the citizens shopping needs.

Then listen to this, Baker Drive is at the top on the hill and on the bottom of the hill  on the other side the neighbourhood is the one on Pleasant Street at the bottom of the hill on the Halifax waterfront. That's the neighbourhood that is complaining that Sobeys closed their store and refuse to re-rent the space to a competitor.

That area is the Dartmouth General Hospital area and is full of group homes for recovering patients in mental health care programs. In that neighbourhood they closed their grocery store and are blocking the area from having a new grocery store open and now hospital staff, residents, group home and mental health care patients have no grocery store to shop at.

Then up the hill from that in the new residential area is the Baker Drive Sobeys store trying to get all the business from the suburbs and "more expensive" apartment areas. Then they are saying to that neighbourhood that all their needs have been "fully serviced" but that is not possible because the area is so large, plus their business practice on Baker Drive stifles competition and there are no local convivence stores in the area that I could see because they have all the spots taken up, however there are other gas stations and stuff there. 

That is why people hate Sobeys, seeing these stores and knowing their business practices creates a deep feeling of sadness, hatred and animosity from the local residents, who were supposed to be customers, because their company is bothering them at home. 

When people see that they get upset and don't want their company opening stores in their area because of the awful feeling they have towards their company for bothering the local residents and refuse to shop there. 

Their opening stores practice is leaving them overextended with no customers, I can predict that in the future their convivence stores and gas stations which are called "Needs" and are franchised to local owners will probably either be bought by the franchise owner and they will own the Sobeys gas pumps when they close or they may be bought out by a company like 7/11 and they will all be converted to independent convenience stores.  

Then look out west in Canada and they had that failed Safeway store integration into their business and it cost them like $5 Billion Dollars in expenses for their failed computer installations. Now Safeway has no customers and they are converting them into "Sobeys Freshco" stores which is also in the news in a different scam which I posted about on a previous post.

So Safeway didn't work in the neighbourhood and now they are changing all the signs to say "Freshco" on them after their failed business integration and then their stores had no customers. 

My prediction is total business closure, they are overextended into these neighbourhoods with too many stores and no customers, then they are delaying payments to suppliers to raise money to try and open new stores, then they have multiple failed business software installations with billions of dollars in losses and everyone is complaining that they are harassing the public at their homes and harassing local residents, plus recent over advertising at NHL and MLB games in Toronto.

Then, all their franchises like convenience stores and gas stations will probably be bought by the franchise owners and they will own the gas pumps directly or a company like 7/11 may come in and buy a piece of it and take them over for the franchisee.

Dieting Tips For Summer 2019

How Avoid Diet Crashers & Not Be Self Conscious 

I know girls get super self conscious about their body image, people need to tell them why they are feeling self conscious because they probably don't know. One the reasons is fat, meaning the fat in the food they eat which can make them feel bad and become self conscious.

Those are "mental effects" or "psychological effects" of not dieting if you are a woman. Women need to know from other people why they are self conscious about not dieting which makes self help columns so popular on the internet. 

Obviously women are concerned that not dieting will make them fat, then they become self conscious about eating because of the concern that it will make them get fat, especially when they are on a diet. So what do you eat if your are woman and on a diet that will not make you self conscious about your meal program. 

What are the safe foods you can eat when you are dieting that are your "cheat foods" when you skip your diet for the day and not lead to self conscious feelings about the food you are eating. 

The main thing you need to eat if non fat food, eating lots of fat like specifically meat which has a high fat content will not fill you up like your diet and can you make you crash your diets by leading you into eating more fatty foods.

First you cheat on your diet with a greasy hamburger and then this crashes your diet then you want some coffee and french fries. So what can you eat that will not make you crash your diet like fatty foods which make you more hungry.

For my diet program I don't eat anything with a lot of fat like too much meat which leads to cravings for other fatty foods. So when I go off my diet when I crave foods I try to eat foods that do not make more hungry like meat does.

Trying that tip will work for anyone, but if you are a woman the food that doesn't start your craving's will make you less self conscious about your diet because you know it will not crash your diet so they are safe cheat foods when you want something different.
