Pyramid Schemes Are One Of The Most Serious Crimes On The Stock Market

Here is a perfect example of what people are facing in my lawsuit against Sobeys Company, who I caught running a pyramid scheme on the Toronto Stock Exchange, when they tried to steal my work and money.

First, if you work in information technology for a stock market company and you see at your desk that they are not compliant to regulations you need to quit your job and turn them in immediately, if you don't and they get busted later you will be unemployable for the rest of your life in information technology on the stock market and be grouped into the scammers and no one will hire you ever again.

Your resume would be useless having covered for the corrupt business, in order to protect your future career on the stock market it is your duty as a citizen and University graduate to turn them in.  

This is a main point in my lawsuit, the illegality of a pyramid scheme like the one that attacked me in 2008 and tried to steal my work and job promotion is so severe in a stock market environment I don't even have the words to describe in short hand.  

It is one of the most serious crimes you can commit.

They tried to make me "pass my work up" from my degress to someone in a pyrmaid scheme passing work up at the office live on the stock market. They wanted the project finished and documented so they could run them from an illegal pyramid setting where people high in the pyrmaid would be running my projects.

Here is the main point: The work was developed by Project Management Professionals with degrees and certifications, the same as a Phd Medical Doctor.

What that means is if they had got the work they would be posing as a Phd Science Engineer on the Toronto Stock Exchange saying they were doing the work.

That is a scam, the people WERE NOT QUALIFIED to take the Phd Level Equivalent work for a company on the stock market.

You can not transfer a Science students work to someone who has no degrees or courses like they tried to do, that is open fraud by their staff and means they are in violation of stock market regulations.

In my case it was SAP Computer Systems for Stock Market Compliance and Taxation, meaning the people trying to take the work were trying to pose in the company as a Corporate Taxation regulator with no degrees or certifications which is fraud.

If that was a medical degree they would have been posing as fake Phd Doctors using someone elses stolen work to operate their jobs on the stock market.

For example lets say it was a medical pharmaceuticals company doing research for drug and medical development.  

I would have been there doing research papers and lab work for medical research with a valid degree and offering my thoughts and recommendations all regulated on the stock market.

By trying to pass the work up in a pyrmaid scheme they attempted to pose as a Medical Phd and use someone elses research papers posing as a Doctor on the stock market.

Right, they would be using that openly on the stock market in a scam with fake credentials to get their pharmecuticals passed through the stock market and into production for store shelves with no degrees - leading to deaths in the public and massive lawsuits against their company.

That leads to bad medicine being sold to the public through the stock market when they ran the scam and bypassed the stock market regulations - they would have had people posing as the Phd Graduate using their papers, the most illegal thing you can do, then they demoted the student and stole their money and lab research projects to operate on the stock market illegal to pass their scams into products for store shelves.

That is exactly what happened to me but it was in Corporate Government Taxation for SAP Compliance for stock market regulation, then by taking the work they were posing as fake project managers, scientists and Phds to run an illegal scam on the stock market to get their work out fake and take illegal raises and probably attempt to bypass corporate government taxation on the stock market.

A pyrmaid scheme on the stock market like that is one of the most illegal things you can do in a stock market company.

Some Points Of Clarification In My Case

In my case, like this...when I had finished my certification hours for the Project Management Certification www.pmi.org which is just your work experience hours designing and running projects, work I also did separately at home, at the office they said that they were cancelling "project hours" for the Business Analyst Position - not legal.

Before that they had promoted the other staff around me to higher level Project Hour positions, then they cancelled my whole level of position in their company and it's not legal.

Then they said they wanted me to continue to do the project design work for SAP Installations as a "Desk Clerk" and they leveled the Analyst position to Desk Clerk in their company, that is not a real thing.

After that they said to finish my projects and "hand them up" to the other people that had already been promoted, then they wanted me to diagram and develop my projects as a Desk Clerk and then give them to other people in my department and the Information Technology Department who wern't qualified. 

Then they wanted me to "support" the project as a Desk Clerk so they could have the promotion and the raise while I wasn't promoted and had my "work hours" cancelled - not even a real event. So they wanted to cancel my desk work, then have me still make projects for free and then pass them up to other staff with no promotion, then they were going to take the raise.

Then they wanted me to by their "technical support" on the projects I built including an SAP Data Archiving Server worth hundreds of millions of dollars, then they wanted to own it at their desk and put me on IT support for it when I made it.

WRONG.

That is not what was happening, I was supposed to be promoted to Project Manager after I finished the work and get $150 Thousand Dollars a year for it. Then they tried to cancel my promotion and raise and then still have me make the projects and hand them up for nothing.

At the same time within two hours they assaulted me again at home and tried to steal my Record "Collapse - Mechanisms Of Oppression" demo version 2008 which came out on the SAME DAY that they did that. 

Not only that other people tried to press the record and not even give me a copy, then they wanted money from me to run the band which was mine and they did not own anything, then I scrapped the record.

After this I quit everything and then left, then I was assaulted at my home two days later all in one work week with fake police orders and people fighting with me and lying to the courts.

I beat them all in court and then I turned them all into the Government at the Congress / Parliament  in Canada and the United States , the New York Stock Exchange, The Toronto Stock Exchange, the Supreme Court in Canada and national and international news stations. 

I even copied them on it at their offices when I turned them in, after that they STILL CONTINUED to assault me and flamed me for two years, again in 2012 when I was in LA Weekly, and again this past Summer they tried to hold me in a fake rental eviction hearing from a Sobeys Plaza on Baker Drive in Dartmouth at Access Nova Scotia with Five Star Bailiff which is a collection agency dressed up as fake court sheriffs from a ponzi scam or pyramid scheme trying to put fake people in my life to get around my assets by holding me in a fake court hearing from a collection agency.

Commentary: I Can't Even Imagine What People Working In Business Must Be Dealing With

White Collar Crime Rings In Canada

People working in high paying positions or running their own Companies and Small Businesses and stuff with stocks like on the stock market, property owners stuff like that with lots of money in it like in the million dollar range or high salaries, they must be under constant attack from scams around them and corrupt business people.

I mean, in my case they came right at me only after being out of St.Francis Xavier University for three years as soon as they seen my SAP Computer Server designs worth hundreds of millions of dollars to a Company or hundreds of thousands in salary for myself, like they must be some traveling circus or something and I was even approached by Amway in the past before all that.

You probably already know this anyway but business people like that are continuously facing attacks from pyramid schemes, ponzie scams etc. because of their larger incomes.

People working on Wall Street for example are facing scams at their homes in their private time from these people who try and get in their lives through people they know at home to steal their money, they try and get access to their bank accounts and business decisions by placing crooked accountants and stuff in their home who loot and ponzi their money.

It is bad enough that you have to compete in business like the stock market and then also face assault for your earnings from scams and ponzi schemes at your doorstep. Obviously, not legal but the people that do that are so reckless with their own lives that you never know when they will come crashing through your front door.

When running a business your legal defenses come right at you from strangers at your doorstep continuously trying to take you in a scam. They try to penetrate your life from every aspect leaving someone with money untrustful of new people and groups of strangers. That new group of people you just met may seem nice but they could really be some pyramid scheme trying to make friends with you in order to scam you out of your money.

Then they try and isolate you in the group and then threaten to take your friends from you unless you do what they want in the scam for them, using your feelings of love and friendship to try and steal your money.

My advice is this to someone with money, always be greedy with it and never share it plus never feel bad for not helping anyone, then you will be happy. On the other end people trying to scam you at home from your office have no feelings at all for you because they value money so much.

They will give you fake friends, fake relationships, fake everything in order to get around your money with unrelenting aggression. Someone in a position with money has to be extra careful who they let into their life and not get wrapped up in fast relationships or with strange groups of people. Remember, money is what they want more than anything and you should to in order to get rid of them.

That will show them that you are not a sucker for love and friendship over money, then ruthlessly sue them until they never come back every way you can to get the scams to stop coming. Once word gets out that you will sue with your money they will stop trying to plant people in your life to steal your money.

These people will stop at no end to get your hard earned money.

A good example would be like a woman who owns their own magazine and makes like six million dollars a year off it, not big in business but huge to the neighbors. They may be working on that at home and making a gardening magazine or interior decorating magazine and taking pictures of that in their own home and working on the magazine out in their yard for photo shoots etc. for the magazine.

People around them running scams will try anything to get into the house where they are doing that at through people they know and try to steal their money risking their own lives and freedom in a last ditch effort to be rich.

You never know what they will try and run into you home with. 

Court and lawsuits become part of your life and business when you start making money like that, meeting with lawyers become weekly or monthly tasks on your business plan that you have to deal with. You always have that in the back of your head when you are working in a position like that, what is going on with the lawsuits etc. and court while you are working.

You always have to stop and make sure all the legal stuff is accounted for. With most regular people the lawsuits come at home not business probably where they are being attacked and assaulted by scams and pyramid schemes where they have done nothing wrong and are protecting their assets by suing. 

White collar crime comes in when a competing business tries to use their business to attack your assets at home like with what happened to me, I guess they wanted to be in a long term court case or something on my business plan.

Like they come at you with a ponzi scam or pyramid scheme that you block and defend leaving you stuck in legal meetings for decades probably into the future to sue the other business and the people trying to scam you, it can take a long time to get that through the courts because of the size of the group in the pyrmaid scheme that you caught trying to rob your business in a scam.

For you that just becomes another task on your meeting calendar while you wait for updates on the case and get settlements from the other party which is the most important thing that you get a financial settlement, after all they are the ones who wanted your money first, it's only fair that you get theirs legally in the courts.

Then you have to isolate yourself from these types of people trying to scam you, never let yourself be drawn into any kind of pyramid situation and never let anyone tell you what to do with your own money and assets even if you know them, outside there could be tons of people there waiting in a scam that you never met.

That's what they tried to pull on me, then the legal stuff defending your personal assets from running a business or high paying job becomes just another business meeting to you, that is what these people don't get. When you have money like that Court just becomes another monthly or weekly meeting waiting for settlement and to see if their will be a criminal prosecution in the ponzie scam or pyramid scheme.   

What they are doing is testing the business owner to see if they can take their money in a scam, in my case they ran right into my house and tried to ruin everything right in public, obviously an act of desperation after seeing the future value of my accomplishments.

The people did not realize though that my assets and money were protected in the courts and that I had all my legal work covered because that was private and I did not share that information with friends or co workers, when I was assaulted they must have thought I wasn't able to defend myself in the courts which I did and won the case. 

Now moving forward as I continue into business and stuff court is becoming a regular meeting, that's to keep my home and personal assets safe while I continue to launch my business. That way everyone will know when the big money starts coming that my personal income and assets at my home are already protected from having a case already in the courts. 

Ponzie scams and pyramid schemes will be more likely to not harass you with a white collar crime from some office if they see others have been wrapped up in a long term court case with your business from past scams so they will also not get wrapped up in a similar case with you.

Going to court makes you safer when you run a business, this will get criminals off your doorstep. Then always just leave it up to the courts and judges to resolve the matter instead of fighting with them or talking to them.

This way they will know that they can not intimidate you and will have to face the court judges instead if they come harassing you at your doorsteps with scams and schemes from people you may have met in the area who want your money.

They want it so bad they will risk life in prison to get a pyramid scheme into your house when they see your larger income coming when you first start, or even if you already have it when they just met you.

National Socialist Black Metal

National Socialist Black Metal or NSBM is having a neo-Nazi Rally this weekend according to www.vice.com in Kyiv, Ukraine and is known as the neo-Nazi networking event of the year

The event is being called a "militant black metal festival" which they say has become a networking hub for the neo-Nazi party in the Capital of the Ukraine.

Bands at the festival have lyrical themes including swastikas, the holocaust, anti Jewish semitism and racial slurs against the Jewish people.

The Militant Black Metal Festival is a hub they are saying for the transnational white supremacy movement and organized by the Azov Movement which played a major role in the Ukraine Revolution and war against Russian Separatists. 

Past extremist networks at the festival also included neo-Nazi groups from the United States, Germany and Italy called the Atomwaffen Division, The Third Path Party and Neo-facisist group Casapound.

Thorsten Hindrich's a musicologist from the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz says that the group plans to build a "pan European community of far right extremists" and has said that it is clear that they have built a network including almost the complete European neo-Nazi scene.

He also says that Kyiv has become a safe space for far right neo-Nazi extremists and that the group was also founded by Russian neo-Nazi's who have relocated to the Ukraine to run the Militant Black Metal Festival and back National Socialist Black Metal for the united European Neo-Nazi Party.

I went to Cole Habour High School today to look around, I also took a walk in the local area.

Cole Harbour is one of the worst, poorest, small, condensed neighborhoods I have ever seen in my life. The whole area was duplex's and tiny houses and it stank so bad from the smell coming out of the houses I almost threw up.

The idea of Rehataeh Parsons being raped in that area makes me sick to my stomach. I realize that some people down there are better of than other like Sidney Crosby who if he played Ice Hockey would be rich in the area to the rest of the neighborhood.

Rehataeh Parsons they said was led to a party by a new friend in one of the biggest dumps I have even seen, then she was gang raped by blacks and filmed or something while drunk underage, that should be automatic statutory rape even if they were all under age because she was unable to consent in surroundings that were unfamiliar.

Also, if she spent the night there where were the fucking parents? Then who bought them liqour?

All those people are responsible for her death.

Where are the fucking video tapes from the High School?

The school has cameras on the roof of the school yard and at the public library behind the school where the ice hockey rink is and swimming pool. There should be video of her being bullied all over the place down there and you could see her attackers grouping on her in the footage.

The elementary school in the area is one of the worst schools I have even seen in my life. Both schools need to be closed and amalgamated with Dartmouth and the kids bused into the City to go to Dartmouth High School or Prince Andrew High School in my neighbourhood.

Most of the area around the schools needs to be plowed it is in such terrible condition.

The area around the Dartmouth High School at the Metro Transit Bridge Terminal where the houses are is 100 times better condition and safer than Cole Harbour which is one of the worst places I've ever seen.

Here Is The Evidence For The Convictions In The Rehtaeh Parsons Case

Police Face Charges In Rehtaeh Parsons Case For Court/Evidence Tampering

I was just posting my notes for this on Twitter you can read my short notes on that page, Rehtaeh Parsons family needs to sue the Police in the investigation to get this matter resolved according to public testimony. 

What they need to do is sue the Police Station aka Nova Scotia Government for millions of dollars and then personally hold each police officer the case accountable and sue them at home for filing false Police reports in the case in separate cases so that they will each have to get individual lawyers.

The police officers will not have the money to defend the Civil Court Lawsuits in individual cases and will bankrupt them "weakening their hold" on illegally blocking cases from getting to the courts, when they are bankrupt they will not be able to defend her attackers at the Police station for the bums in downtown Halifax.

This is one of the key pieces of evidence in the case, the Police said that a text message between her and the people involved in the attack after the incident meant consent to the sexual assault.

This is an admission of guilt from the Police. 

The Police are not allowed to rule on the street that the text after the fact meant consent to the sexual assault before the message was sent, that is for the Judge to decide.

What they mean is that the Police blocked the Courts from hearing the case by not pressing charges, making a "personal ruling" on the evidence at the Police Station that a text message meant they could not press charges because it was consent.

That evidence was meant to go to the Judge for the Courts to make the ruling, meaning the Police illegally blocked the case from the Halifax courts to protect her rapists and flamers from downtown Halifax.

The text message was supposed to be submitted as evidence in the Courts Preliminary Hearing on the rape charges and nude photos they spread at the school.

At the Preliminary Hearing the Courts and Judge would decide if the text message meant anything to the case, and determine if it was evidence in the trial.

Not only that the text message and all the evidence is appealable to the Supreme Court of Canada on probably every level including Civil Court.

What they mean is the Police blocked the Rehtaeh Parsons case from reaching a Preliminary Hearing in the Courts in Halifax and the Judges and Courts did not get to review the evidence thus also illegally blocking the entire appeals courts in all of Canada by making a street ruling that the text meant consent to the rape.

The people in the documentary are the exact same people I have been complaing about for eleven years and bumming change in downtown Halifax and on Gottengen Street and flaming people on the internet including myself in my court case against Sobeys staff and their accomplices who attacked me in 2008 and I beat them in court.

What they are doing is they flamed Rehtaeh Parsons, her name means Heather spelt backwards, after the assault and flaming in order to create an incident between her and her attackers, the same thing that happened to me, then they all lied to the Police.

The Police said that the future incident between Rehtaeh Parsons and her attackers, an incident that they created, was consent to the past assault.

What they mean is the Police ruled without the courts that a "text message" ruled out a gang rape by black men on a white fifteen year old girl that was video taped while she was drunk underage.

Then they used this text message they faked by creating an incident through flaming to make her talk to throw all that out at the Police station.

This is why I am suing them so brutally in my case.

They keep saying that a paper clip meaning a text message can beat a gang rape by black men on a white woman in Canada and block all court appeals because they made a street ruling at the police station.

They mean that the bums downtown begging for change and one police officer can get together and flame the victim of the attack to create an incident with their attacker, which was a future text message, meaning nothing and is not even a paper clip to the courts to rule out the assault.

This is why they piss me off so bad, they try to cancel your case at the courts by creating an incident with the attacker like a text message.

Then they try and use that to block the courts from hearing the evidence and are blocking the entire Supreme Court of Appeals in all of Canada with a text message.

Obviously, this is not possible and the text message has NO WEIGHT in the courts compared to a public flaming and gang rape on a fifteen year old girl.

In Canada, you can NOT RULE OUT a gang rape case with a text message no matter what is in the content because it is so small that it holds no weight in the courts and is barely real anyway because it takes place on the internet and not real as a defense against their victim in the actual courts.

In the case this only shows that the Police are personally involved and are blocking the Courts from hearing the evidence at the original Preliminary Hearing in Halifax which has never happened yet because the police threw the evidence out with false rulings that never went to the Judge.

Again, all parties doing that with the Police and flamers who are also lying to police and creating false incidents to lie to the courts when the victim responds are going to get life in prison and her family will get millions of dollars in settlements when the case is resolved by Canada's Courts.
