HALIFAX:RE: Technology Outage & Collection Agency Mistakes, Updated
You get these "Collection Agencies" errors and now there is some technology outage.
Some collection agency shows up from some office claiming an unpaid debt on a car lease or something at the wrong address.
Later, the Lawyer figures out they are at the wrong address and corrects the debt with the lender.
The Collection Agency seeing the persons name on the wrong file says "He can go to the address on the non-debtor".
Hahahahahahahaha.
Now Collection Agencies in Halifax claim they can go to the wrong house by mistake to ask about paid debts.
Hahahahha.
I bet you ex-wife loves that story.
Yeah, that's illegal.
They they had to fix the files and lost the amount of the bill, hahahha.
Then they got mad when the debtor paid the difference and negotiated for a 5% increase for 2025 lease payments while they were on the phone taking the regular charge from the court file correction.
Then the Collection Agency flipped out about the file and it was not their case because they paid cash and re-negioated the 2025 lease for a 5% increase then they started fishing for information about it flipping out.
Updated, people said the guy posed as a "Community Services Worker" representing a fake "liaison service" between the lender and the bank to false represent a client.

I'm just saying, with this file maintenance you have to pay for on the internet my "Rory Culkin Black Metal" pages just went nuts with spam on the internet.
Then my comments on the pages sky rocketed to 7000+ spam comments on the related pages, 5000 comments, 6500 comments....what's that about?

If you get a notice of an adjusted back debt for example and then use a lawyer to represent the claim THEY may say you are legally obligated to pay the debt, like some mistake for a reasonable amount you may have to pay back.
Now the "Collection Agency" they have NOTHING to do with an increase to that debt.
I mean if a debt lands at a collection agency in your name, then your lawyer says you have to pay because of a file mistake, then you cover the amount and pay cash.
THEN
That debt still increases, collecting at the incorrect file at the collection agency during court resolution.
Probably in your absence.
So I mean if you get some collection agency asking you about the same debt during the outside resolution ANY BALANCE increase on the account has NOTHING to do with the collection agency.
Like the debt keeps building during the file outage, the Collection Agency can't ask you about the increasing debt on the account.
I mean during the processing of your cash retainer on the account while your lawyer clears the debt.
After that they will tell you the actual amount from your lawyer and if there is a debt or not on the account.

Bills are high and fluxulating etc., my point is when regular businesses make mistakes and clients have to pay back payments and adjust their files the LAWYER has to tell them the final decision.
Smaller local business in Halifax may not know because of lack of education that not all back claims fall to "collection agencies" by default during an office outage.
Then other clients who have legal representation may have a hard time in court as the other party racks up legal bills to cover their end.
All while you are covered.
I mean as a Nova Scotia resident it is true that some times your bills may have to be back adjusted because of office mistakes.
That doesn't mean debt collector services.
So if your bills went down and they lost your payment amounts then your paid lawyer can step in an then tell you how much the bill will actually be.
Within legal limits I mean, on errors like 2 - 5 % charges on small payment adjustments.
Then you get stuck with some bill you didn't expect for real.
After that it's up to you to deal with it.
Small collection businesses don't understand that other people have lawyers to solve that who determine the actual amount, then these clients pay out of pocket to cover the bill mistake for their lawyer.
Collection Agencies in Halifax don't understand that people have those options and NOT need their local services.

CBC Apps on Paid Bandwidth don't work on the internet during the Summer Games and MLB All Star Game.
More local Sports Blackouts off cable.
I mean, you get these huge blackouts here in Halifax on all sports off cable and now blackouts on Paid Sports Packages on 4G and 5G Networks.
No Blue Jays, No Olympics, No All Star Game etc.
Yet huge MLB AL East web traffic right on it from here to New York and Toronto.
All you get is out of market games and NFL returns next month.

My point was I was DENIED on Paid Bandwidth when I tried to buy Blue Jays Package which comes with other channels.
Like they had payment errors.
I'm not saying all devices but some are out.

MUSIC: Managing A Band Versus Managing A Record
People might get this misunderstood...
If your company owns an album like a CD / LP or whatever and it's on distribution that's NOTHING like playing in a band.
That's all business and ads at the record store.
Once a company has an album listed on distribution owning the album has nothing to do with the band, they only get low royalties anyway.
Running an album at the record store is like a business on the internet, there's no band involvement at all..like book publishing.
That's why I laugh when I see all the "album listings" on the internet when no major chains even have the files in their company data base and to load them on to Spotify is 50 million lines of text to go with the pictures and art.
People think they can just start selling cds on the internet but they can't because the print and text takes so long to load.

Diary Update, July 4th 2024, Not Holiday Here
Diary Update, I just bought Google Cloud Storage for my Smartphone for Paid Bandwidth....now I can back up my phone on my compuer cloud storage.
This opens new world's for me on the internet like switching to tablet on wireless paid bandwidth.
Now I have this cloud server for my blog (this one, Blogger) and I can post files into the blog by embedding with google drive file links.
That plays waaaaay better on blog pages than youtube links.
Plus I mean, even share-alike files not totally public domain you can still direct download anywhere on your pages if you don't alter the file.
I mean the video Dead Kennedys on my paid google cloud drive on my blog, this one, sounds like a waaaay better stream than Youtube on it for Napalm Death.

RE: Smartphone On Paid Bandwidth
I mean on paid bandwidth on LTE or 5G you keep your credit card number locked to the smartphone account for your google drive and credit card for your phone payments etc.
Then when you buy MLB.TV they send you updates during the day...
Yesterday the penciled in "Spencer Jones" on the lineup card who is a new guy from Spring Camp and it was a mistake so congrats to him, on the smart phone release starting line up card on MLB.tv .
Then...
Now I can stream off all that off Google Cloud to webpages and blogs and also keep my phones backed up.
Then you can release albums on the Blogosphere on Google Drive off the web links on paid digital bandwidth on phone number text messaging.

In that example it shows that you can release a public domain CD like mine "Suffocation - Despise The Sun" by buying an good url and then loading the files to google drive.
On the url, embedding the file from google drive plays from page like example below like on streaming subscription pages without a subscription.
Using the format below you can stream music from your webpage like streaming services off google drive and also share the song links on the internet on social media.
A pretty solid way to release a digital record.

So I mean on a 1080p Digital Signal OR HIGHER,,,,
That same 4G on LTE is NOT the same as a 5G Network Signal which carries EXTRA MICRO CHIP DATA for more advanced features.
Cheaper carries like 4G is NOW 4G LTE.
4G LTE Carries full over 1080 p connection on a lower carries NOT 5G.
So on MLB.TV on Bandwidth you still get the same updates on the phone live during the game on paid bandwidth with subscription BUT....on 5G they might STILL HAVE EXTRA COVERAGE etc., on the 5G Network.
SO although they both carry 1080p on paid bandwidth 5G is a bigger cable service than 4G LTE which is less expanded than 5G.
