So in a bizarre surprise bill scenario like in the last post led me to hearing about a case in Social Justice Court in Halifax.
They said that when I was down there about a related issue that some companies in Halifax rubber stamped files with incorrect collection data to be used as "fake debt reminders" sent as real notices by deliverly people so the company staff didn't have to use man hours to properly fill out the forms.
Now when an error occurred they unexpectedly ended up in court with the issue.
The main party, already paid a lawyer to resolve the debt PLUS paid an amount owing on a debt correction from the lawyers advice.
In court, the company not properly filling out paperwork now has to spend money on paid lawyers to correct the files while they rack up a huge legal bill debt from paid lawyers.
That's to catch up in the court case to the first party.
The other party, with the fake debt reminders is so back logged on information they now have to PAY to get lawyers to fix the files so they can understand the Judges decision in the case from the court.
Now this is cresting a backlog of debt mistakes in office files in the area and at lawyers offices to fix the files for the other party.
The government is now forcing them in court for their lawyers to correct the fake notices and resolve the customer debt amounts.
-END-
