Church Wall Accidentally Unleashes Ghosts Into Halifax

The Church Cemetery wall in downtown Halifax by the old library was dug up without a permit, the permit was because you're not allowed digging because there might be a cemetery there.

The Church was built at an old cemetery site and in that area you are not allowed digging because there might by human remains still in the ground that have to be examined before construction is done.

Now a wall was dug up with no permit potentially unleashing hordes of ghosts into the downtown area this Halloween.
