See...now Trump and Trudeau's emergency plans are causing large businesses to fail, they are getting ruined by their own program...that's because it's an illegal, incomplete third world aid plan.
Now regular citizens don't get anything and large businesses are failing, the ones they are claiming to be helping.
Why?
When you look at the COVID relief model being purposed by Trump and Trudeau over the last few months what you see is this....how the different states and provinces all have different pandemic rules, like you can see how it is being handled differently across many different locations.
The cause....no universal coverage in the United States and Canada for large businesses who are forced to go state to state with no federal guidlines.
Like this J.C. Penny are saying they are going bankrupt...however, everyone knows under a regular pandemic plan all their assets would be frozen and they would be on a "financial pause" and not be risking bankruptcy.
Now Trump and Trudeau have failed again in their own words and policy.
How can large businesses operate under COVID with no shoppers with unfrozen assets during a pandemic?
What they are saying is they are doing "wage bail outs in affected areas" , meaning that they still expect J.C. Penney to cover their own monthly debts in some regions...where the pandemic is not as severe and then they don't have to in other regions more affected by COVID.
That means that Trump and Trudeau are not offering universal bankruptcy protections during the pandemic for large businesses who have to go by state to state or province to province rules during COVID.
What this creates is an unoperatable economic model...meaning the government still expects businesses to pay their debts in some states with no shoppers while they are closed in other areas like J.C. Pnney.
Now places like J.C. Penney can sue the government by forcing them to pay debts in certain states and provinces where stores are open while not in others that are under the health lock down.
Large companies should not have to pay debts anywhere during COVID because they are no shoppers, under regular conditions their would be automatic bankruptcy protection, so their is no bail out package.
Right now there are no shoppers and they are trying to force them to stay open and go state to state or province to province under their rules with no shoppers.
No one can operate under that, you can't give one large business multiple state rules to operate under and still expect them to pay bills, which is what they are saying because they filed for bankruptcy protection.
That's because large businesses need one universal coverage program to operate with frozen assets and universal bankruptcy protection not state to state with different laws in each region for bill payments for one business, no one can operate under that now the government programs is forcing them into bankruptcy because no one has been universally protected.
Going state to state for bill payments for large businesses bill payments with no uiversal government bankruptcy protection during a pandemic is the most absurd thing I ever witnessed in the United States.

Like I said before in another post this is an obvious scam because every time Trump and them come out and criticize everyone that's what they are doing.
Like this...Trump can now be sued by J.C. Penney for their economic closure that him in Trudeau caused under the precedent that he is trying to make to sue China over economic COVID losses.
So Trump and Trudeau are going to be sued by the citizens from front line health care workers and places like J.C. Penney for the same thing they claim China is doing to them.
So they are facing the same lawsuits from the public in Washington D.C. and Ottawa that the government is claiming China is doing to them.
That's because their scam is invisible, every time they criticize someone that's what they are doing.
They criticized China now they are going to be sued for the same thing they are saying to them from US and Canadian citizens in their third world aid scam for the United States and Canada.
