It's officially summer vacation now as the school year has been officially canceled, all grass areas and parks open, limited shopping with mainly essential services.
Still no public internet access or smart phone unlocking locations.
Even though it is now summer vacation for students and those unemployed by COVID you still have to maintain your six feet distance apart at parks etc.
