CANADA: News Media False Reporting On Emergency Funding

Holy crap man, you can't even take these people pissing you off man in the news and the government. I'm saying this is a scam.

They reported a special "one time payment" from the government for a gst tax rebate of an extra $400 at the start of May.

Then....

The actual credit was issued yesterday and was only $290.

The news media and government first press release was that the payment was nearly $400 for May....then it was only $290.....THAT IS NOT CLOSE TO $400 WHEN YOU NEED THE MONEY, IT IS CLOSE TO $300.

So when it came out it was $110 dollars short and a month early. SCAM!

Yeah, everyone needs the money but that is a scam....where's the other $110 dollars?

Plus why is that a one time payment? 

Shouldn't that just be the new rebate amount....April 3rd was like $137 plus the April 9th payment was $290.....that's like what???? $427 dollars.

That was the original amount reported....that is was going to be an extra payment of $400, so it should be $527.

Yeah so you get the emergency money and it was $110 dollars short and a month early.

Plus that $527 should be the quarterly rebate ANYWAY instead of $137. 

I don't know what the government thinks $100 dollars is but it's fucking zero at the grocery store.

Yeah we all need that anyway but whatever. 

Now what's coming in May.....nothing?
