Then telling all other Canadians to stay home on CERB which is like an emergency unemployment benefits cheque, including the disabled, handicapped, welfare recipients and the elderly then offering them zero federal funding, telling them to just stay home with nothing and no emergency benefits.
All to open seasonal business for Spring Planting at garden centers, items like flower seeds.
Then leaving Provincal and State Emergency Planning as well I am assuming with no federal help or funding.
What that means is every Province in Canada has a different emergency plan with little Federal help and no Federal financial support for citizens...to sell flower seeds etc.
Now the Provincial Governments have been left to do their own planning and have also issued no emergency benefits to citizens from Provincal Capitals like here in Halifax.
So no Federal or Provincal help, nice planting season you're having there.
