HALIFAX: Five Star Bailiff Caught Under Bodyguard law

This is the recurring theme, Five Star Bailiff claim they are the "handyman" of civil enforcement,  saying they offer protective services to women, do rent collection and asset recovery.

However, they are in breach of bodyguard law and debt collections law by saying that.

This is my opinion....a professional bodyguard is a specific license for an important full time position, Five Star Bailiff says they are debt collection first, leaving no time to be an actual bodyguard.

I would say they are in breach of bodyguard law and posing as fake body guards which also terminates their court collection permit because they are illegally posing as guards.

Not only that Halifax has had a rash of fake police reports and they are openly breaching bodyguard law by offering these services in a "yard work" scenario just like Advantage Foods doing Hospital work at Dartmouth General without a government permit to work on Hospitals as they are claiming in the news paper.

Then they came to my door and tried to hold me in a fake eviction hearing with false court documents for a real eviction hearing at the Nova Scotia Tenancy Board.

I am suing all parties once COVID calms down.
