Yeah, why would you have to refinance when there's no evictions?
The lawyer renting the condo doesn't have to pay because of COVID, that means the landlord doesn't have to pay his bills.
Then the landlord qualifies for the $2000 per month CERB cheque.
What they mean is the landlord got the $2000 a month and then used it to refinance his property at the bank to change his monthly budget and get equity out of his home.
I mean that's the only explanation because everything is closed.
To be fair I didn't read the whole article, they just started writing these long over written articles with no substance or feeling to them, terrible writing and phrasing in the article, long winded and goes nowhere, pathetic.
Not only that they paint the renter out to be a criminal who is a lawyer in the news article with no case against him, in my case about fake summons from Access Nova Scotia CBC won't even take my story.
I mean they only cover people they know and not people like me....which is fraud by the CBC.

That's because they are fake, CBC is probably Trudeau and them issuing fake court papers and writing fake stories in the paper that are not even real.
To me not real, in that situation the landlord just used the CERB to refinance...that's the only actual legal situation going on right now and that sounds like a scam, still no emergency benefits from Ottawa for citizens.
Plus this story is all immigrants, that's not a regular Canadian law situation. Terrible.

Now the CBC is printing fake articles saying that landlords are supporting their tenants during COVID, that is a total lie by the CBC.
Everyone is in the same situation there, no one has to pay...the CBC is backing the landlord and saying he is supporting him with no rent payments...that is not true the government says he doesn't have to pay.
Plus when court resumes they have to make special arrangements for rental payments after COVID and they still can't evict right away...this story is a total lie from the CBC.
Watch...this is what I have them on in court in my case:
-tenant says he had no comment because the case is in court, I would sue them for printing the article because those maters are closed right now.
Then they go every time...they slander the person saying they "have a history of not paying rent".
That is what they said to me in my case lying, like the New Glasgow Police and it was thrown out, then they all flamed me for two years from Sobeys office staff and the North End Halifax.
They even said I have no University Degrees and tried to make me prove it to courts. Which I did.
Now I am suing them, let they said everything in the book.
Then they said he was living free and there was some case against him...meaning they are slandering his background to win the case.
If I was the renter I would sue them for saying that on the news.
Then they say the "system is broken"...then every time they are the ones doing it with a scam and trying to get it through the courts illegally.
That is also what I am suing them for in my case....every time they say all that they are running a scam and trying to pass it in the courts.
Like everytime they complain thier the ones doing those actions, in these obvious fake stories.
