Anyway they are saying on their webpage they are insured, well I doubt that covers fake court documents.

They are saying they are serving all of Atlantic Canada now.

You know what they are doing?

Private investigations into asset and debt collection. Any permit these people have is going to be bullshit when you take them to court.

They are saying they are getting paid to follow people in Atlantic Canada, then also recovering items.

That only applies to rent to own.

Why would a private bailiff be following you around posing as a private investigator?? Then using fake documents like in my case.

It says right on the page "tenancy rolls" meaning they are using their rent collection to locate people for private investigations

See they are acting as the Sheriffs Office and saying they are serving court summons for things like Family Court and Subponeas.

Yeah but...their summons were fake, PLUS a private bailiff is NOT QUALIFIED to serve public court summons because they don't work at the courts.

Then watching citizens through their tenancy records.

That is NOT a court sheriff, they are going to be banned.

It's like this man, I was giong to go through all that.

You are bullshit in this Country and running an illegal business.

There is no such thing as a private business that serves real court documents plus breaks up with girls boyfriends for them and investigates citizens through their rental records.

That is a totally fake page and illegal in Canada.

If I get a summons it's coming from the actual court or I am suing you.

I am going to sue them so bad man, running all that in all of Atlantic Canada and coming to my house with fake papers.

Now they are saying they are a REAL SHERIFF, you're not. Plus anyone can put that on a webpage, then when you get down to the court it won't be real, plus when you sue them they will lose under the constitution for serving your papers wrong.

Do I ever hate those people man.

If you get served by them sue the Nova Scotia Government for fraud for false representation of a court official and they will lose.

That's just makes me so sick man you can't even take it. FAKE.

Example...

Here is an example because people tried to do this to me.

They get a private individual to serve you with fake court documents for something like Family Court telling you that you lost your kids.

Then if you fall for it, then you lose your kids to Family Services from fake papers if you don't sue.

That's a similar scam that people pulled on me, I took them to court and they lost and everything got thrown out.

They are NOT the court, if you get something like that sue for fraud for false representation of government and court officials, they will lose.

That is what is happening with my case.
