The other leaders are advising the Prime Minister then they announced the wage subsidy and the news reported it all messed it with all this bullshit in it.
But now they are only just debating it and it passed today.
Now watch, Trump just declared an emergency in all fifty states for the first time in history:

After this when it gets back to Ottawa and they declare the emergency larger the wage subsidy will only fall to essential services because everyone else will be closed.
